On the third floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed allowing this townhome to sleep a total of 13. Bella Costa is a low-density 10-unit complex featuring a large community pool and Mediterranean-styled townhomes. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, the community is conveniently located and only 300 yards from the nearest beach access. You are only 4 miles to Rosemary Beach to your west and 7 miles to Pier Park to your east. The many shops of Carillon Beach, Publix, and Winn-Dixie are also less than 2 miles away making this community ideal for a well-stocked beach trip.
