BEST Day 202

Located right across from the beach, BEST Day 202 is beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf views from your spacious balcony. The living area boasts a large flat-screen and plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. The chef in your group will love the stainless-steel appliances and breakfast bar in the kitchen. The king master suite contains a spacious king bed, a sleeper sofa, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted spa tub as well as a walk-in shower. This condo sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably with two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. You will also find a washer/dryer and parking for up to 4 cars, including two spots in the private garage, for your convenience. Take a seat on your spacious balcony or make the short walk to the beach, whatever you decide, BEST Day 202 will show you why it is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2100 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Located in a central part of Panama City Beach, Vista del Mar I is a 4-plex with amazing gulf views, right across the street from the beach! Beach Access #46 is approximately 50ft from this complex and allows for easy trips to the sugar white sand beach. As a small 4-unit complex, Vista del Mar I allows for the quite relaxation that may be harder to achieve at a larger complex.

BEST Day 202 is located on the 2nd floor of the 4-plex. For groups that need additional sleeping arrangements, both Rest-A-While 201 (2nd floor) and Ocean Overlook 302 (3rd floor), located in the same 4-plex, can also be rented.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

Shipwreck Island is less than 1.5 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the White-knuckle Rapids.
