You may want to spend all your time out on the balcony taking in the panoramic views! The spacious master bedroom is Gulf Front with stunning wall to wall views and has a king bed and Ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and separate walk-in shower. There’s also a guest room with a queen bed with Ensuite bathroom. The last guest room features a twin over twin bunk and a futon in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests. Whether you’re soaking up the Gulf Views, catching sun on the beach, or taking a dip in the beachside pool, Boardwalk 1801 is the perfect spot for your next Panama City Beach vacation!

Boardwalk is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

"Would stay again - Boardwalk was a very nice complex that doesn't feel over crowded. The unit was very nice and had great views. We fit 4 adults and 4 children without feeling like we were in top of each other. My one suggestion is if you like a fluffy pillow, bring your own."

"Amazing time! - Condo was super nice and very clean. Building and property were also clean. Big patio. Wonderful staff. Easy walk to the beach. Less traffic than being closer to Pier Park, and really enjoyed the restaurants down this way. My only complaint is the ‘no toys in the pool’. We have toddlers, so just “sitting” in the pool isn’t exactly fun for them. I think if it’s that big a of deal, the pool should be split in half with an ‘adults only’ section."

"Great Condo, Perfect Location, Lacking Property - Condo was amazing, clean, with amazing views. Property management was easy to communicate with and only had one hiccup with delivering towels to the wrong room. The condo was only set up originally with 6 towels for three bedrooms. Property - The property is extremely strict around the pool. No drinks, even from the tiki bar on property, allowed near the pool. No real "playing" with the kids in the pool as it was deemed rough housing. Overall great condo, but probably would try another area due to the strictness of the actual property."

"This room was perfect for our weekend! - We had a mother/daughter weekend with 3 adults and 3 teens and this room was perfect for it. It was clean and comfortable and fresh. The only thing we would add is to bring extra blankets and pillows as there are no extras but the kitchen was well equipt to make it feel like home. Would definitely come back and stay again!"

"Beautiful oceanfront - Great view right on the beach and close to restaurants and activities. Only drawback was third bedroom had two bunks that would not be suitable for adults. Property staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned about being on the 18th floor, but the 5 elevators made it a non-issue. Convenient parking. We would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our experience. I would definitively rent this exact unit again in the future. - The unit was found to not yet be cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning company was late getting to us due to staffing that day (understandable). We contacted the owner and they had someone there within minutes and provided us with a gift card during our stay for our trouble. The attention to detail in fixing this issue was greatly appreciated. What few maintenance issues we found were addressed promptly and by very courteous staff. I would definitely recommend this unit and plan to come back to it in the future."

"Cannot wait to return - We absolutely loved our stay at Boardwalk. The condo itself was just as pictured. The only small complaint was it was a bit dusty but no biggie. Plenty of space for everyone (we have four kiddos). The staff with both RealJoy and Boardwalk (security, bartenders, etc) were all wonderful. Customer service with RealJoy was fantastic. They responded quickly to a few questions we had. The area is great. Plenty near by to do. The beach is “private” for the condos only so it’s not over crowded. We will definitely be back!"

"Awesome Large Property with AMAZING water views - We stayed at this lovely condo for 1 month. We were worried because it had no reviews yet. But we were not disappointed at all. The place was just as spectacular as the photos. We were impressed as to how large it was. We had 3 adults there working and doing school work online. We had no problems at all. The ocean views and sounds were amazing! You almost feel like you are on a cruise ship since you couldn't see the sand unless you were on the patio, that's how close the ocean is! The place itself was very clean and well stocked with all kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We had to buy our own spices and such, but that's understandable during a pandemic. The bathrooms were also very clean, although the showers were a bit weak. I like strong pressure. But we bought a cheap shower head from Home Deport and used it during our stay. It was well worth the $15! The beds were very comfortable as well. Again, a bit hard for my taste, but easily fixable with a bed topper. I would highly recommend this place! They management company even texted us after a week to make sure all was fine. We will definitely be back here soon! Thanks for a great stay."
