"Cabana club 107 - It’s a great condo on the first floor!! Easy to unpack and pack up to leave and has excellent views of the ocean from the living room kitchen and porch!!! Everything was as advertised and kept very clean. The entire complex which is small was filled with very nice families. The beach is beautiful white sand and has a good breaking surf with long sand bars that go out around 75 feet where you can feel safe taking young children out but still have fun boogie boarding!!! We really enjoyed our stay there!!! And you can walk up the beach about a half mile to the crab trap for an amazing dinner and all the attractions of town are a few minutes drive away!!! We loved it and will return for sure!!!"

"AMAZING views!!! This place is exactly as described and just like the photos shown. The place was super clean. The bed is so comfortable and relaxing especially after a long day at the beach. We had all the kitchen necessities that we needed. Instructions are easy to follow and access to the beach is literally steps away. Thank you for allowing us to stay! "Nice location and clean condo - We had a great time and the condo was nice. Location was great. Only issue we had was not having a working tv in bedroom. And only Netflix in living room. Said someone would come by and fix the remote and show us but that didn’t happen so we made do. Other than that everything was great."

"Perfect for family - The condo was perfect for our family of five (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5,8,10). The beach was amazing with clear water- bring your snorkeling gear because you’ll see all kinds of fish right off the shore. Chair rental on the beach was affordable and was super easy. No crowding at all. We had an awesome time!"

"Cabana club 107 - The beach is nice and not very crowded in this area. Room to spread out and enjoy the view. One of the best low-rise condos that remain on the beach. We try to stay here every time that we come to Destin. It’s centrally located and convenient."

"Awesome condo - Don’t let other reviews stop you from getting this condo, like they almost did me!! The condo was freshly cleaned before we arrived and we had no complaints, at all about cleanliness or anything at all! I didn’t go around with a fine tooth comb checking grout and other stuff people complained about, because honestly I don’t care if the grout is stained, as long as the condo was clean; and it was! The condo was spacious, clean, has an amazing view of the beach and it’s only one condo away from the private gated beach access. I couldn’t have asked for a better condo, thats just steps from the beach, but still affordable!! I honestly don’t know how anyone wouldn’t rate this condo 5 stars, because it by far exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back; as much as possible!"

"Amazing view and location. - The condo was right on the beach with private entrance to the beach. The condo was very spacious for two people and the deck made it perfect to sit and just watch and listen to the waves. Not sure of the condo was completely cleaned before we arrived but we had clean bedding and clean bathrooms and that’s all we needed. We had to clean the dryer vent which meant we had to use the vacuum but the vacuum was completely clogged so we had to clean that out first. Since the vacuum wasn’t working, I’m guessing that’s why it wasn’t vacuumed or swept or cleaned under the furniture. Coffee table has sand all over it and dust on the dressers but a quick wipe down was not the problem. The view made up for any short comings. Would definitely rent again with a call beforehand to make sure it’s been cleaned."
