"We loved this condo! - We had a great week for our daughters spring break. We loved this condo! It was very nice, clean, and spacious. So many things to do within walking distance of our condo. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The view from our room was beautiful! We were on the 6th floor which was perfect. We would love to come back again and stay here."

"Fabulous! - We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend at this exceptionally clean, spacious unit for our son’s Senior trip. The views are amazing! And so close to everything to walk to. We left our doors open at night to the roaring waves. From shopping in Destin, beach time, to dinner at the Pier Park-we kept busy. Evenings were relaxing; no street noise for us (during spring break). The resort is very clean and well maintained.
The only confusing part was not knowing to park on the 3rd level/garage (parking across the street) to use the skywalk, then how to find?the right elevators to our floor? Took us a bit to figure out.
Now we know and will certainly reserve this unit again."

"Exactly as pictured & convenient to everything - Very nice place, I sometimes have trouble sleeping in a bed so it was great there were recliners but the beds were comfortable too
The view was fantastic and we were within walking distance to the pier and pier park.
It was very cold this time of year (November) but if you are from up north it will probably feel great LOL. We are from Alabama so the 40’s & 50’s were cold to me. But overall we loved it.
We also went deep sea fishing on the Treasure Island boat thru Jubilee (got to give a shout out to them) great trip also and not bad price either.
I would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect Condo - The condo was extremely clean. It is on the 6th floor, so the view was perfect, and we didn't have to be on an elevator for very long. The master bathroom is huge.
The only suggestion I would give future guests is to bring umbrellas since most places are in walking distance. It rained most days we were there and we never thought to get umbrellas."

"It is a very accommodating to your needs! - A very nice condo to stay in; It’s directly on the Beach. My friend and I arrived by having great expectations within the Condo but first thing we noticed was one of the patio doors did not lock. We called on the door but we ended up putting a heavy chair up against the door for safety reasons. Later on that night, one of the tub/shower had a big leak that ran onto the floor. It was reported, too, but overall it’s a great place to stay in. Very convenient to Pier Park, restaurants, the Pier, and other activities."

"Great Vacation! - Condo was a large, two bedroom, perfect for a family of 4. Only 3 floors up from the sky walk to the parking lot so, only really used the elevators to go to the pool or beach, but still high enough to have a beautiful view of the ocean and hear the crashing waves."

"Great place to stay!! - This was our second time staying in this condo for Spring Break. Love the convenient location and is clean!! One hiccup was we had paid for an early check in and had to call to get our code 15 mins after our scheduled check in time. Also, had to make a few calls to get our parking passes taken care of. Even with those 2 issues, Real Joy was very helpful and nice!"

"Perfect for our family of four. - Beautiful and spacious property. The beds were very comfortable. Great views of the beach and close to Pier Park. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig and a larger coffee maker. Laundry baskets in both bedrooms and the laundry room was a plus."

"Short vacation - The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would request this unit again. Our only problem was the parking pass required to purchase from Calypso Towers. We had to pay for two passes ($20.00 each) and never were able to use 2nd pass. We constantly had to call Security and get assistance either getting in or out of parking deck."

"Great vacation! - The condo was great! Just as pictured. The only complaint was the parking. The electronic/scan system would not let us in or out of the parking deck several different times. The security guard would have to come and let us out. This was for everyone, not just us. Hopefully Calypso will get this corrected quickly. Otherwise, highly recommend this location."

"Great getaway 609-1 - The location of this property is centrally located. It is within walking distance to Pier Park and shopping. Being located on the sixth floor allows for privacy from the pool below and is just right to be able to enjoy the view of the ocean. This is a corner unit which allows for more privacy. It was quite quiet and peaceful. The condo was extremely clean and has an open feeling. I had an issue with the parking garage pass and it was resolved immediately. I have stayed at smaller properties that were not as nice and priced the same. I highly recommend this condo for the location, price, and cleanliness. I plan on coming back for another stay! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"This condo is very nice and you’ll feel right at home! My favorite part about 1-609 is waking up and looking at the ocean view while the sun rises and in the evenings the sun sets right behind the pier. The views from this corner unit are FANTASTIC!! This condo is a little slice of heaven. The beach area is great, grab a cold beverage at the Tiki bar on the way to the pool or beach! The location is fantastic, being able to walk to dinner, shopping and entertainment is HUGE for us! Perfect for a family getaway, girls trip or sneaking away for the weekend with your hubby ❤️"

"Great Condo - Spent a month in Calypso 609 East, April 7 - May 5, 2018. Very nice condo. We will stay here again. It is a great condo but would be even better if the hard metal chairs at the dining room table had some cushions. We had guests and played card games for a few hours in the evenings. We ended up folding towels to sit on, still was hard. It would be nice if they added removable cushions in case they need washed. Also the lighting above the dining table is poor even during the daytime with the beachfront curtains fully opened. We kept reaching to turn the lights on and they were already on. The ground faults in both bathrooms kept having to be reset for hair dryers and the master bath could not run a nightlight all night. The month we were there we needed to call maintenance 3 times but they were very quick and the problems were fixed nicely. Really, this is a wonderful condo, just needs a couple additions. Also would be nice if 2 folding chairs were in the closet as we had 8 people playing cards and only 6 chairs in the condo."
