"Winter Break - Checkin and checkout was easy staff was cery friendly. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Only one issue (door bell didn't work. Reported to Verbo and door bell was replaced. Our stay was excellent. Will be using Verbo for future trips. Our rating is a a ten."

"This was a great spot to stay! Great condo, very clean and just as described. The Calypso has great pools (one heated, one not heated and quite cold) and is right on the beach. The beach chair/umbrella service was very handy too.
You can also walk to Pier Park and a number of restaurants- it is the perfect location to be! We would absolutely come back here! Thanks to RealJoy for their great, proactive communication! It was easy to find, easy to get in, etc."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a great location, has beautiful views, and matches the listing description perfectly. What made this condo better than any others we have stayed at in the past was the responsiveness and ease of communication from RealJoy, as well as a personalized welcome bag hand delivered from the owners. We have never received anything like that from anywhere else we've stayed. That kind of personal touch goes a long way. We felt very welcomed and would love to visit again! We definitely recommend."

"Perfect place - This place was in the perfect location to food and nightlife. Very clean place. Master bed was very comfortable. There was 8 of us and we stayed there comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo. I would say that the only thing wrong was the elevators seemed like they took a while, but that was the only complaint I would have and I am not really complaing about it ."

"Very clean upon arrival. Condo had all the amenities we needed. We did buy a small package of toilet paper and salt and pepper. Beautiful view of gulf. Great location. Pool was cold but as the summer goes on, it should be warmer. We would recommend."

"This was such an amazing place! It was clean and had a modern look. This ocean front condo was exactly what my family and I needed. The view was so relaxing. "We were in town for Ironman Florida. The Pier Park location could not be better! - The unit is very nice. A couple of the lamps had broken switches but not a real issue. Too many TV remotes - would be better if they were just labeled. Thanks"

"This apartment is stunning. It is so beautiful. The view, the sound of the waves crashing at the shore. It is so relaxing. Even tho the weather was horrible, just being in the apartment with the view was worth it. Everything is pretty close, too. Restaurants, the Pierre (walking it or for fishing), the stores (shopping and also Walmart 5 mins away), Ferris wheel, and jet ski, boats, helicopter rentals…. Literally everything is so close. Most of these walking distance. I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to get away."

"This is a great location for your stay in Panama City Beach. The staff is at entice and helpful and the location is great. If you aren’t afraid of a little walking everything you need is within walking distance. The room was extremely clean and kitchen had everything needed to prepare any kind of meal we wanted. "Christmas getaway - Unit was updated, roomy, spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. Beautiful beach and close to Pier Park. The only complaint was the master bedroom bed was hard and the tv’s were Roku so if you didn’t have a subscription to other networks such as espn, Hulu, etc you were limited. Would definitely recommend."

"Wonderful PCB Beachfront Condo - We really enjoyed our stay at Calypso Resort. The view from our balcony was beautiful! The location was perfect--short walk to beach and short walk to Pier Park with restaurants and shopping. The property has 2 nice size pools, a Tiki Bar and 2 reserved beach lounge chairs with umbrella!. The condo itself had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 6 and some to spare. It must have been recently updated, because everything looked brand new. We will definitely stay in this condo again on our next trip to PCB. We loved it!"

"This condo is amazing. Better than the pictures and you can’t ask for a more spacious and luxurious view of the beach. I watched dolphins jump and sting rays play every morning while I had my coffee and it was heaven. Bring 20$ per parking pass is the only thing I’d suggest because I overlooked it if it was mentioned in the reservation notes and didn’t expect it but it was no big deal for the convince in parking in a busy location. Also, go to the gift shops outside of pier park for better prices. Pier park is expensive but so much fun! Barefoot cafe was the best restaurant near by for breakfast lunch and dinner as well as Sharkys though I don’t recommend pineapple willies as they are super expensive for average tasting food."

"Gorgeous condo on a pristine beach - Wow, what a wonderful experience we had here, from start to finish. You couldn't ask for a better location and view of the beach/ocean.
Trip started with getting into the parking garage with no issues. We were able to get up quickly to the condo on the 19th floor. Yes, the elevators can be crowded at check in time--however, we did not have any issues with that during our stay. We got up and down pretty quickly each time.
The condo itself is GORGEOUS. It was very clean, bright, and well stocked with all that you would need. There was a Keurig, coffee pot, well stocked kitchen, even a spice rack! There was a washer/dryer, cooler and chairs available for the beach. We had everything that you could possibly need for a beach weekend.
The place is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. We loved watching the sunset every evening on the balcony, you can't beat these views! We saw dolphins every morning and even saw a sting ray jump out of the water. Pretty neat. The sound of the ocean at nighttime was the best.
Once in the condo, we were able to walk to everything. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pier park is very close by--and we recommend going to Tootsies for some after dinner music and drinks.

"Felt Like Home - As soon as I walked in, I felt like my dream had come true. The beach decor, beautiful kitchen and bar; a beach house with a balcony looking out onto the blue green ocean. The owners kept it very clean and organized as well. Although my family and I were only staying here for 4 days, it felt like OUR home away from home. LOVED IT."
