"Calypso 2304 W - Great stay! Everything was clean, but some attention needed on the balcony from spills of something that wasn’t cleaned up prior to our arrival. Could just be stained. The ice machine in the refrigerator didn’t work, but there is a small one on the bar area, but just not enough ice for a larger group. We had an issue with the dishwasher but it was fixed promptly. Would recommend and stay again."

"Great place to vacation. Views from the room balcony were worth the trip alone and access to all the amenities in Pier Park were in walking distance. RealJoy did a great job of communicating and providing the simple instructions to get in the room. Would definitely recommend this room for a family vacation!"

"Great except the beach chair rental. - Location
I was not happy to find out that almost all the rooms have 2 to 4 beach chairs free each day and mine did not! I will choose a different room next visit or choose another location that does offer free beach chairs. It cost me $264.00 to rent the chairs that I did not expect to pay for room 2304 West."

"Family Fun - The condo was very nice and roomy for us. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 under age 6. The view was beautiful and we all enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. Our truck would not fit in the parking deck so we had to park outside. The attendants were helpful and friendly. At times waiting on the elevator was a little lengthy but not as bad as in some other places. Our icemaker in our condo did not work or we could not find any instructions on how to turn it on. The portable ice maker needed to be cleaned so we could not use it. If you ate coffee drinkers you may want to bring your own coffee maker. The one in condo was small and only did 3 cups at a time. But those were just little things. Overall the condo is very nice and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds slept good and their was amply room. We would definately rent again."

"We loved this condo!! The location, the view, the remodel and the cleanliness was all wonderful . The only thing negative was the ice maker in the fridge did not work but we just grabbed some bags of ice .

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and ouri family of 5 was very comfortable in this condo. - The property was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing! There were plenty linens/ pillows and the appliances were very nice, including the front loading washer and dryer. The view was amazing and the property was very quiet and well kept.
I don’t have any complaints about the property, but it is quite a journey from the parking garage to the 23rd floor."

"Awesome - Location, view and overall layout of the entire unit! It is a beautiful place.
It is tastefully decorated! We loved that we could walk to almost every thing we did. Walmart is a short walk. Restaurants and shops are too. It truly is a beautiful place. The communication with the host was fantastic. They responded very quickly and made things very easy. We appreciate that.
Didn't like that there were only 1 roll of Tp for a 4 night stay. Didn't like that there were no paper towels and only 1 wash cloth and hand towel for the kitchen and that there was nothing to help scrub the pans thoroughly. Only 2 pods for dishwasher. And that there were not anything use for laundry. I think for each night of stay, there should be that many pods for laundry and dishwasher. And 1 set of soap and washing hair is not enough for 4 nights. The pillows in the primary bedroom are not comfortable at all. But these were small things and would have been more convenient/efficient. We just bought what we needed. But it would have been nice not to have to. The loved the place and would come again"

"Family vacation - Property was great just as advertised. Room was great but sleeping nine would be stretching it. We had 6of us and was plenty of room. Balcony was amazing especially with all the extra furniture. Only complaint I had was there was some mold on both shower curtains. Other than that it was great. Would definitely stay in this room again."

"Great condo and location - This condo worked very well for our family of 6. We loved being on the top floor and having a fantastic view of the ocean. Location is convenient to lots of eateries (both sit down and fast food), Walmart, Target, grocery store, etc. However l, traffic gets very backed up on the main road outside this property. This specific condo did have several beach chairs and children’s beach toys in a closet (probably from previous guests). The beach loungers run by the resort cost us $50/day for 2 padded loungers with umbrella. All kitchen cooking/serving needs seemed to be provided except for spices and coffee filters (byo coffee). There was also 1 small hair drier available."

"Top floor - It was a great stay was on the 23rd floor which was to high for us but we didn’t let that stop us only probably we had was the 1st bathroom tub and shower was stopped up water wouldn’t go down and the toilets was like hitting the ground like for little kids."

"WOW! - This is the biggest and nicest condo I have stayed in, in a long time. Usually, I only expect quaint quality in a one bedroom, so to my absolute delight this condo was HUGE AND BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED! Plus, it's in THE TOP FLOOR! We felt like royalty. The view of the ocean and pier is fabulous. Truly a great spot for our Church Staff Retreat."
