The master has a King bed with access to the balcony with a 65 inch TV. In the first guest room you will find another King bed with a 43 inch TV and in the second guest room there is full over full bunk bed with a 65 inch TV. For extra sleeping room there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a movie night with the family around the living room's 75 inch TV! This lovely unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and all 3 bedrooms have access to a bathroom! The unit also has a washer and dryer for the convenience of our guests! After a long day at the beach, step out onto your wrap around balcony that overlooks the brand new pool, Tiki bars, and cabanas! Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for their guest to rent fancy pool-side cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boars Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Tower I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again!

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. "Just amazing!! Exceeded all my expectations!! Great views with the wrap around balcony and so close to everything! Easy quick walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and so much to do nearby with Pier Park just around the corner. We were a group of 10 (family with children) and plenty of room for all of us!"

"The place was just as nice as the pictures, the views each day from the balcony were amazing, everything we needed was readily waiting. During our stay the batteries in the door code went out and Real Joy was there to change out the batteries within a couple of minutes. Real joy was very friendly and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend"

"We loved our stay here! The condo was spacious and very clean. The wrap around balcony provided beautiful views of both the ocean and Pier Park. All of the amenities- pool, hot tub, bar, store, fire pit, etc. were very nice and well cared for. Staff was friendly. We didn’t have to drive anywhere and were within walking distance to everything."

"We had an amazing experience with our stay! - The location was perfect as was our stay. It was very nice, clean and spacious for all of us. The balcony view was great and the little ones as well as the adults enjoyed sitting out there as it was very spacious. We did not have any issues and would definitely stay here again. The pool was big and never crowded. The staff was very friendly.
The only thing might be that there was not enough carts to carry our bags back out to the car when it was time to leave. We made several trips but it wasn't so bad."

"Place was beautiful with a perfect view, loved the pool and loved that everything was within walking distance. I didn’t like that we had to have wrist bands for the pool all the time because with older kids they didn’t like to wear them and kept misplacing them and it was a little tight for 11 people especially if you have older kids but the view was great and we had a corner balcony which was super nice to watch the sunset and sunrise, even though we could only see a little bit of the sunset because it set behind the building in front of us but oh well…. You could just as easily walk to the beach to see it! Also I really liked that there was a walkway to cross over the road so all the kids didn’t have to cross the street. Overall an excellent place to stay and I would definitely go back !"

"Our stay here was honestly perfect. This is a new property and was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony is HUGE and it’s an end unit so it’s very quiet. The views were spectacular. Checking in / checking out was super easy. The unit is new and clean and slept our party of 8 perfectly. The location is great - across the street from the beach, a short walk to Pier Park, and a 3 min drive to the Walmart for groceries! We were so happy to be able to stay here for a 4 night stay over Memorial Weekend. Many places had a 5 night minimum and that wasn’t going to work for us. I would highly recommend this unit for your large party!!! We loved it!!!!"

"Beautiful Property! - Condo was beautiful and in a great location! The coffee shop staff was amazing! The pool was beautiful! The only negative thing I can say about the property is that they were a little tight policing the pool! The kids were not allowed even a tiny water ball and the pool was not crowded due to the property not being full because it was brand new! Also, the guests coming up from the beach were asked immediately to remove wagons, chairs, and boogie boards that were not in anyone’s way! Let me be clear… the security was not rude in any manner, just enforcing the rules that the property had! The staff in all aspects were wonderful to deal with! Just feel they need to relax a little with the pool “rules”. Also no place to rinse beach stuff off! Therefore not tracking sand was impossible! I would def stay at this property again!"
