Calypso 3-205 is a gorgeous brand new one-bedroom, two-bath condo in Panama City Beach. Located right across the street from the beach! This condo features all new furnishings including a 65 inch TV in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and granite counters, calming decor throughout, and a washer/dryer for additional convenience. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a set of twin bunks in the hall, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo comfortably sleeps 6. Sip your beverage of choice on the wrap around balcony that overlooks the brand new pool, Tiki bars, and cabanas. The cabanas by the pool are can be rented onsite. Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for their guest to rent pool-side cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boars Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Tower I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again! It's located on the west end of the beach and within walking distance to the Panama City Beach fishing pier and the new Pier Park shopping center! You can walk to get groceries or to a nearby restaurant for dinner - no rental car necessary! Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! It's also very close to Gulf World Marine Park.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! It's also very close to Gulf World Marine Park. Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool.
