"Girls Weekend - We had a wonderful time floating in the pool and visiting the beach just a short walk away. It would have been nice to have some condiments. To cook you had to basically bring salt, pepper and everything else. Otherwise all of it was great!"

"We had one of the best vacations ever at this home!! The house smelled and looked very clean when we arrived (a must for me!) The location is unmatched- just a 2 minute walk to the beach!!! Our four kids, 10 and under did the walk with absolutely no complaints!! The backyard was SO peaceful and fun!! We had such a wonderful time and we will be back again!"

"We would definitely stay here again. The location and the pool made it so worth it. We stayed with our 15, 17 and 19 year old kiddos and they are hard to please so a five star is a high bar for us. Pros: the house away from the crowds but still near what you need, lake view, close to rosemary and seaside. The beach near the house was so close and never crowded. Suggestions or tips: they had 3 beach chairs and some pool floats. There are No towels for the pool. We bought and left a 10x10 canopy for the beach, three more beach chairs, more pool floats, five beach towels and pools toys. We spent about $200 plus on these items and left them in the garage hoping other families can use them. There is no salt/pepper/ sugar etc or extra toilet paper etc. we spent a lot at the store on staples. The house has all the appliances you need. There ya just nothing beyond that. What this house has to offer was worth the no frills."

"Nice home on quiet street with lake in back - The home was terrific, just what we were looking for, 3 bedrooms each with their own full bath.
Home was large with a great outside space with a gas firepit , nice furniture, great views of the lake and is where we spent most all our time while at the house. It has a beautiful built in pool but unfortunately, the water was too cold to swim in. There was a small lake in the back yard with a dock, that was a nice spot for coffee in the AM's. Its located away from all the noise and traffic which was nice, but still close enough to the restaurants and stores. The beach is just down the street within walking distance, away from all the main beaches, but still has the crystal blue waters and fine sand..Great place to stay, a bit pricey, but nice."

"We were in Panama City Beach for the month of January and it was the most perfect stay in every way! The home we stayed in was beautiful & extremely well-maintained. We checked in & quickly felt that Real Joy was always just a text or phone call away. We really felt cared for by their staff! A few examples: We received a few check ins via text & phone call to be sure all was well. There was weekly outdoor maintenance. The house alarm needed a small fix & we sent a text which they responded to immediately followed by a morning visit to fix the problem. There was also a huge storm which prompted them to call & check in. The storm caused one of the trees to fall over & once again, maintenance came to fix it immediately. Just a GREAT company, kind people & a stunning property! I cannot say enough about our experience! We’ll definitely be staying again. "

"Panama vacation - It's a home you want to rent when you don't plan on other activities. Just staying at the home and short walk to the beach is all one would need to enjoy a wonderful relaxing luxurious vacation. Only thing better would have been if it was on the beach or had a golf cart with the rental. It is pricey but very nice."

"This place is beautiful! Exactly as described and so much more. It’s perfect for 4-8 people. The backyard is AMAZING. Such a beautiful home. The beach is literally a 3 min walk! Beach is gorgeous beautiful blue water and soft white sand! Pier Park is 7mins away and has great shopping and plenty of activities. A few suggestions for your trip…there is only tv’s in master bedroom and living room, the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub, fingers crossed for good weather, the kitchen is stocked but if your a cooker like me be aware of the sticky pots and pans and there were no baking sheets. Bring extra garbage bags, dish washer tabs, and toilet paper! Overall the house and location is perfect! I definitely would recommend this house to any and everyone. We really enjoyed ourselves and definitely didn’t want to leave☺️"
