Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30-A has to offer.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"My family and I had the best and smoothest vacation here. Such a beautiful area and the pool is great. The home was super clean as we also trie to leave it that way as well. Loved that they had a monopoly board as my family and I played it two nights in a row and made for a great family night. We thought there was something wrong with the oven and it took no time getting out there to us to check it out. Problem was me (the operator) it was a little bit to smart for me. Lol One awesome experience! It was our first vacation ever as well. If you’re looking for a peaceful beautiful area and the greatest part AFFORDABLE this is your place. Thank you so much. "Home was clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. The beach across the street was BEAUTIFUL . We enjoyed the food trucks in the area and the margaritas at the Taco Bar were on point. Was able to do some shopping at the outlets and rent jet skis at Crab Island. Traffic is extremely slow and everywhere takes twice the amount of time to get to. Loved the area and the beaches."

"Sun2rays - We had a great experience staying in Cassine village. Wear bug spray to walk the on site trails:) we were able to ride the provide bikes nearly everywhere and had beach access across the street. Everything was great! Our only issue with the bathroom down stairs was addresses as soon as we let them know. We had a great trip!"

"Clean, quiet, well furnished, good beds, and conveniently located in a pleasant area. The bicycles are handy; it's an easy ride to Seaside and other places. The nearby beach is very busy, though a much less crowded beach is just a couple of miles to the east. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but, as is often the case, many cooking implements are of poor quality. Overall good value and we would rent here again."
