To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great house. Great beach.
Almost everything was great. The beds weren’t amazing, but were good enough. The furniture wasn’t super comfortable but wasn’t bad. But I spent most of my time on the beach and in the water and that was perfect. The location was pretty good too. Within walking distance to ice cream and coffee.- Posted: 2/28/2025

Little Piece of Heaven

We had a great stay at this place. Right on the beach so it was very easy with children. Large open kitchen, stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Very clean and spacious. It was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect spot for a beach vacation would definitely stay again.- Posted: 8/17/2024

Charlie Boy
Overall we had a good stay but the home does need improving. It was not ideal having to go to the beach through the downstairs bedroom. The only working door was right beside the bed and it was very hard to open and close. The floors were disguised. Everyone’s feet were black the entire stay and it got in the beds and all on our clothes. Location was perfect for teens to walk and ride golf carts around but we probably won’t be staying at this location again.- Posted: 6/15/2024

We loved our stay here. Great location. I would stay here again although the amenities list is not correct. There is NOT 2 king beds in BR3 and there is NO bbq grill. The living room furniture could use a change out also.- Posted: 5/31/2024

Charlie Boy was a great rental for the week. Beautiful location & plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes & silverware and even had plastic cups (I appreciate this whenever we travel because we have young kids).
The only real issue that we had was that the front door didn’t lock. After contacting the host, I was told someone would contact me the next day but I never heard back. We ended up having our young kids sleep in the downstairs bedroom with us on the trundle bed just in case. The older kids loved this, however, because they had the entire top two floors of bedrooms to themselves.

WOW - this place was amazing. We are actually precious locals who relocated to Atlanta. We came back to the Emerald Coast for a weekend family trip and this home was perfect for all 6 of us. The views were amazing, amenities were exactly as described and the location is perfect to get around Destin by car or foot. Great place right in the beach! My wife and two boys loved our stay here. They don’t provide beach chairs or beach towels FYI, but they have a store near by that sells cheap ones. We left our chairs there, for future guests. Hopefully they’ll allow that. Great place. Great location. Unbelievable beach!- Posted: 12/13/2022
