Each bedroom features a flat screen TV, and the 2nd floor has new wood floors throughout. Additionally, there is a carriage house studio above the garage with a private entrance, a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. The spacious driveway and turnaround space allows ample room for everyone. Relax on the shaded porch and balcony in Adirondack chairs or take a short walk over to the pool pavilion for the world-class pool, viewing tower, grilling and entertainment. The new, burgundy 6-Seater Golf Cart is street legal and a huge convenience for this neighborhood. You can head to the beach or grab a treat at the Blue Mountain Beach Creamery!

Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Don’t let a wheelchair keep a family member or friend from joining you at the beach. Luxury Coastal Joy on 30A has been updated to be wheelchair accessible. Guests will enjoy easy access to the home and front porch with the newly installed wheelchair accessibility ramp. Highland Parks is the newest neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach featuring a fantastic neighborhood pool with a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, and observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. Highland Park is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! The neighborhood is adjacent to Forest Preserve biking and hiking. Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Red Door, Local Catch, or Basmati's. Check out the local art scene at Justin Gaffery’s art gallery.

Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place rentals, shopping, and dining. It's also a great place to spot surfers and dolphins, with a two-story viewing platform overlooking the beach and gulf.

*Parking only available for 4 vehicles in the home's designated paved driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Violations are strictly enforced by the HOA.*

Area Attractions: 

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from! 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Good location. - Having the cottage house above the garage allowed our teenagers space from our younger children who go to bed early. Great floorplan. The driveway was a huge challenge. Very narrow… only one car width so we were constantly shuffling cars.

Perfect property for large families or 2 families vacationing together - We loved our time at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. All of the rooms were well put together and a great size. Carriage House was perfect for 2nd family, allowing for welcome privacy when vacationing with a large group. Bikes were great and came in handy getting to the beach. Golf Cart was also great to have but needed a little mechanical TLC. Beautiful community with great pool. Only recommendation would be for the exterior to have a good power washing and some mini blind repairs/replacements. Overall, very pleased with this property and would 100% stay their again.

93 Gulfview Circle Santa Rosa Beach Florida - Our stay at 93 Gulfview Circle was wonderful, and we all agreed we would never want to stay any where else. Your reputation is well deserved as superior beach vacation rental company. The house was beautiful, comfortable, ideally located. The amenities were excellent, and we were all so impressed with all the supplies in the kitchen, dining/living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the Viking oven. No expense was spared to make sure the house was perfectly equipped to please the most discriminating guests. Kudos and thank you again for your prompt replies and valuable service.

Nice Place - We loved this house, the neighborhood was great, the location was good, loved the golf cart, plenty of room in the house, and the community pool is walkable and nice! Only draw back is there isn't a beach view but we knew that coming in.

Awesome beach vacation - Home was clean, and large enough for all 12 of us. Lots of things to see and visit. Management was very helpful. Neighbor hood and pool areas were easy to get too and well kept. We decided before our visit that we didn’t need the golf cart, but if we had it to do over we would surely get it. Tried to rent one after our arrival, but nothing was available. So don’t wait. lol.. we will be checking on this rental on our next visit to this area. Great place.

The house was beautiful and clean - Beautiful CLEAN house! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. We made Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and it turned out great. Great kitchen to work in. Quick drive to the beach. Enjoyed several sunrise beach walks. It was easy to back and forth from the beach. We want to come again!!
