"We loved the unit we stayed in. It was in a smaller property, which we loved. It was extremely walkable to the beach and other attractions.
The only issue we had was that the shower curtain in the master bath was too short for the shower."

"sons first time to the ocean. To any beach he was thrilled and definitely satisfied with this place. it was a quick 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach. private parking made it great. only a few minor things were noticed, fan in spare room didn't work, and cabinet had sand in there and a baking pan full of grease was left under the cabinet as well. could use some new bedding in master bedroom. overall def worth the money. we were satisfied with our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Costa Vista townhome with RealJoy. It was perfect for our family of 4 but it can comfortably sleep up to 5 or 6.
At the entry, there is a small storage closet filled with beach gear: chairs, toys, etc.
You can see the ocean from the two patios. One of the patios has an outdoor table with 4 chairs so you can enjoy a meal outside with an ocean view!
There is a public beach access point just across the street. It has a bathroom, outdoor shower for rinsing your feet and the lifeguard stand is right there. It’s about a 3-5 minute walk.
The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable although the bed squeaked a lot when you move.
One downside is there are 3 stories…so lots of stairs. But we got used to it. Thankfully they provided 2 baby gates so it helped keep my toddler on the same level we were on.
They were very responsive when I asked questions.
Overall it was a great stay and we would come again!"

"Great location and perfect home - We had a great time, the location is perfect, the beach is amazing. AC works perfect, all the rooms with TVs, you can leave all your beach stuffs outside the entire night. The pool in the community is perfect for refreshing when returning from the beach."

"Terrific location right next to a bustling, but not overcrowded, beachfront. Great views of the water from either side of the property. Nice to have a pool about 100 feet from the front door so you can beat the heat without having to lug out all the beach gear."

Stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare as many meals as we wanted at the location (including fresh fish from our trip!) "PERFECT STAY - We have came to Destin every year with our 3 small children this condo has been the best so far!!! Perfect space and room for all of us. Clean, so cute! Very close walk to the beach! There are beach toys available in the condo, your own parking. It is quiet and peaceful. We loved it here and will stay again next year!! Highly recommend. 10 out of 10. The one con would be the stairs with littles but there were gates available in the condo. Overall it was amazing!!!"

"We absolutely love staying at Costa Vista. The location can’t be beat and we love love love the covered parking and inside ground level storage big enough to handle our 2 paddle boards. We loved our unit, which was especially appreciated since the weather kept us inside for a few days. It was nice to vege out and be comfortable while we storm watched. We cooked in almost every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was spotless and we felt right at home and covid safe. RealJoy was so responsive and instructions were clear and timely. We will be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends or family."

"This house was perfect for our family of 5. Just a short walk to the beach with the wagon means no sand in the car! The kitchen had everything we needed, with the exception of groceries. The property is small; pool is really small and we never got in due to crowded with mainly kids. There was no grill on the property so that was a bummer since we like to cookout. Wish there was a cart to carry stuff to the beach. Overall, it was very clean and well kept."

1) master bed is hard and you’ll want to bring your own pillows
2) if you plan on cooking bring dish towels and rags, salt & pepper, coffee filters…basic things like that are not provided."

"Nice home away from home - The property is in a good location very close to public beach access. However, keep in mind that the road is very busy bc it is one of few that connect 98 to scenic for beach access. The property is very clean. Beds are firm, may want to consider a mattress topper. Pool is small with only 4/5 lounge chairs and a single table. It can get easily crowded but good for a dip. Doesn’t look like anyone cleans up or empties the garbage during the week. Ultimately we really enjoyed our time at this location and would recommend it to others."

"Thank you so much for being a great host! The place was so cute and had amazing access to the beach! There are a couple things we would suggest: having more than one paper towel roll, and some back up toilet paper. And salt and pepper. The patio doors did not lock other than with the lock stick it had. We did wish there was a local place to be able to drop off extra food that we had, for the homeless, upcoming guests...something. We planned very well but we still had SO much food and water and drinks we had to just throw away which made us feel horrible. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! And will definitely be back soon!"

"The location is great like a 1-2min walk to the public beach. The house is beautiful. Enough room for a family of 6 like we had. Kitchen has all the necessities needed. Only complaint would be we couldn’t change the thermostat below 70, which wasn’t that big of a deal but at night it would get hot and the fans weren’t helping enough. Overall we would book this place again. Oh and the dumpster is in it’s own little road at the other end of the pool side. It’s kind of a hidden entrance where there’s A mailbox and a random bench 🙃"

"This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and beautiful and the location is unbeatable! Literally the shortest walk to the beach you can ask for without having a home directly on the beach. The 2.5 bathrooms is awesome. The kitchen is perfect and accessible laundry is very nice. One of the best features is the covered parking space. That was awesome so our van wasn’t baking in the hot sun and also when it was raining we didn’t have to worry about getting soaked before we got in the condo."

"It was an excellent location, and even closer to the beach than I expected. We walked to and from the beach multiple times a day since it was a short 2 minute walk. The condo was decorated very well and the family loved the reclining sectional! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Additionally, there were several stores and restaurants close by that we could walk to. There is also a great walking/running/biking trail that runs along the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and we would stay here again!"
