Crystal Villas A-2 is a wonderfully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath beach front, first floor condo in the Crystal Beach area of Destin. This unit is beautifully decorated in a cheery, beachy style with a king bed in the master, twin bunks in the hallway, and a queen sized pullout sofa. You have an extra half bath for the extra guests, and your own washer/dryer right in the condo. Enjoy sunset gulf views while cooking or enjoying a meal from the large open kitchen and dining area at Crystal Villas A-2!
The panoramic gulf views are incredible from this first floor condo! This unit is so close to the beach that you can sit on your patio and talk to your family while they are on the beach getting a tan. Just outside your front door you can watch the kids swim and play in the seasonally heated pool. Crystal Villas is a Smoke Free complex. No Smoking, tobacco, or vapes on property, including the beach and balconies.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). *Crystal Villas now charges a Mandatory $60 per day for Beach Setups during the season (March 1-Oct 31). This charge will be added to your booking and remitted it to Crystal Villas for you.*
Crystal Villas is also close to Henderson Beach State Beach. This property not only rests right on the beautiful Destin beach, but also has easy access to over a mile of undeveloped beach just a short walk away. In the popular Crystal Beach community of Destin, you can enjoy wonderful dining at Camille's (within walking distance) and being centrally located to other great dining and the best shopping Destin has to offer all within a short walk away.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Walk straight out the back door and right out to the beach. Very convenient. Condo is near pool. Other guests did not observe pool hours or control their volume. Condo decor was dated but we were there for the beach. We’ve stayed in Crystal Villas over past 20 years. Great place & location.- Posted: 8/3/2024

Great Stay
We had a wonderful time and absolutely love the location. We will definitely be back to this location. Our only complaint was that beds not being comfortable at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect but my 17 year old slept on the couch and my 15 year old made a bed on the floor. My husband’s had multiple back surgeries so he didn’t sleep well in the master bed. Everything was perfect except for the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. The location was perfect for beach lovers. The kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals in. We spent and evening at the pool right outside the door and it was a nice evening. We absolutely loved our trip just wish we could have slept better while on vacation.- Posted: 6/5/2024

Little slice of heaven
I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast near the beaches, but Florida beaches by far are the prettiest and this little place snuggled amongst other places to stay is isolated away from the heavy crowds and tourists. Best Anniversary Vacay!
We enjoyed our stay with my husband for our anniversary! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us on this special occasion! The view was breathtaking and overall everything was wonderful. Only thing i noticed was when we turned on the kitchen lights during the night 2 roaches appeared on the counter but other than that we loved our stay! We will be definitely be coming back. Quick access to the beach!
Literally 5 steps and you're on the bridge across the sand dunes. We didn't want to have to hit any elevators or go across streets to get to the beach, so this place was a great answer to that.- Posted: 6/12/2020
