"Great condo with private beach access - The condo is great and had everything we needed. The carpet in the bedrooms was a little worn but overall the condo looks great and just like the pictures. One of the reasons we chose this condo because it was a little further down the beach and away from a lot of the public access. That meant we had the beach pretty much to ourselves every day and the pool was fairly quiet too. There is still a service where you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Management company was very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again."

"Room 206 - Great property but out of date. Kitchen not stocked with all utensils. No brush for basting. Can opener didn't work. Coffee pot old and slow and didn't drip full amount of water. Toaster is a disgrace. Pool not heated. Loved it overall but they need to update. Gate to get into property had light burnt out so at night you couldn't see number pad and had to get your phone light out. They fixed gate but never the light. RealJoy was wonderful and helpful."

"Wonderful property to stay at - Destin on the Gulf is a wonderful property to stay at. Being able to walk out the balcony door to see and hear the emerald green ocean and feel the warmth of the sun in the morning is the perfect way to start the day.
In regards to the condo itself - it was clean but the bathroom floors could have used an extra sweeping/vacuuming upon arrival and the couches (specifically the pull out couch) need dire replacement. Though the listing states it sleeps 8, it's more like 6 as the pull out couch cannot be comfortably slept on for a week."

"Great location - The check-in process was super easy. The only complaint I would have is that it is hard to find how to contact someone, which could be because I've never used vrbo before so it may be a user problem. The beach was beautiful and the location was peaceful and the property was well-kept. It was a bit on the small side for 6 adults and 2 kids but a family with 4 kids and 2 adults would be very comfortable and we were happy with it either way. I definitely recommend it."
