Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Better Than Expected in Dolphin Point - Wife and I spent a month here in winter. This unit in Dolphin Point is great if you're looking for a spacious 2 br stay in Destin. Bedrooms are large, as is the open floor plan of the living/dining/kitchen area. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Balcony faces south, overlooking the pool area and the far eastern end of Destin harbor. Plenty of sun and wildlife views (ducks, pelicans, herons, osprey) and occasional dolphins in the harbor. The Holiday Isle area is quieter than downtown, and loaded with multi-million dollar houses. Walk to the Gulf beach access is an easy 0.3 miles away and takes about 5 minutes. Since we were here in winter, the building and entire community was blissfully quiet. Place was clean and communication with "owners" (RealJoy) was good. We didn't have any problems, so cannot speak to how RealJoy would respond to problems but they seem professional. We wouldn't hesitate to come back."

"As advertised - Good visit. The place is exactly as advertised; clean, comfortable and within walking distance to beach. We like to cook and kitchen was clean and new. The view of the harbor was very nice and condo is located in a mostly single family residential area of higher end homes. Good pickleball courts. Only downside would be not having a washer / dryer in the unit, though one is located near the elevator for public use."

"Great Family Vacation - Overall we enjoyed this property very much. It was nicely decorated, and the layout was nice. The rooms did get a little hot at night, and the master bed wasn't super comfortable. It was manageable though for a short vacation. Another negative was the washer / dryer was for the whole building, not private in the condo, so we chose not to use it. We like washing our clothes at the end of a trip, so that was a downfall for us. The beach was a little farther than expected, but the fact that it was a private beach definitely made up for the walk. The sights from the balcony were great with boats passing and gorgeous homes. We also liked the water taxi service to restaurants and the boardwalk. Would stay here again."

"Expectations - Property location exceeded expectations. Very quiet which was a great plus! Except for the AC unit which at night made sleeping miserable...very loud. Pictures of property accurate. The decor was a thumbs up. The master bedroom sink is in desperate need of unclogging. And the whole condo needs to be mopped. But that may be expected when beach living.

"The home was very comfortable for my family of 4. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. The outdoor sitting area with chairs, sand, and view of the harbor was our favorite spot. There were no hangars when we checked in but when I reached out to RealJoy they promptly brought some over. All in all it was a great place to stay and was close to everything. This was our first time in Destin and one thing I didn’t realize was how CONGESTED it is. Not sure if it is just vacation season but make reservations otherwise you’ll be waiting an hour to get sat anywhere."
