Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! "Great Location - This condo was very and clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen and also had "beachy" feeling. Plenty of room to sleep our family of 5 and we appreciated all the towels for bathing. It was a nice surprise to find 2 beach chairs in the master bedroom closet and also beach toys / rafts / noodles in the little hideaway on the balcony. The beach is a short 8-10 minute walk on sidewalks where you'll cross the street to enter the private, gated beach. The pool was very clean and there was enough chairs / umbrellas for everyone that was utilizing them while we were there. We enjoyed walking down the streets in the neighborhood to see the million dollar homes and yachts on the canal. Great location, only 5 minutes to several restaurants. I would come back and stay in this room again."

"Condo was clean upon arrival. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Complex was quiet and peaceful. Only thing that would have been helpful to know beforehand is that the private beach access is a few blocks away from the actual condo complex. Take a wagon or something to carry your beach gear. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again."
