"Very happy - Propert was clean and exactly like the pictures. I wish the master bedroom had a king rather than a queen but I knew that going in. Short trip to private beach, wheeled cart and beach chairs in balcony storage closet. For you future renters, the kitchen is completely cleaned out of any food item (even salt & pepper) so prepare to purchase all food items yourself."

"Beautiful and Confortable Space - We loved this place. I will go as far as saying it is nicer in person than in pictures. Also very comfortable and spacious, clean, renovated and the view is amazing. Walk to the beach is a breeze, even with a toddler (5min) The outside balcony is equipped with a wagon and 3 chairs that came in handy to walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and already recommended it to other family members. Thank you"

"Great location to spend sometime with the family. We enjoyed our stayed in this place. Only thing to mention is in order to get in is little confuse for someone that doesn’t know how to get in. They sent me the email and password until the last minute. And we was there kind of confused in how to get the code for the door. The manage man for the building said he doesn’t know anything about it and we have to call real joy to find out. The email that they sent was too long but I could figure out it was use part of it to get to my account. And I was able to get the code. Other than that everything was great. Clean and nice place to spend a week. Or even more."

"Amazing stay, amazing location and amazing environment! I took a girls trip with 4 other girls. We felt safe the entire time, the walk to the beach wasn't far at all and we didn't have to drive much with restaurants and things to do being close. With all that being said, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"The condo unit looked just like listed. We appreciated the good location, as it was close to all types of activities and eateries.
We did have some issues with checking in but it was resolved in a timely manner. Something that we didn't like involved the property (Not in the actual unit/ condo) was the water on the floor (hallway and by the elevator). This was probably due to the high humidity but it was slippery to navigate)."

"Beautiful Property - We had very nice time at Thanksgiving; unfortunately our family members from Winter
Springs could not join us so we spread out! Several things need attention: the queen bed in guest bedroom needs new mattress; I ended up on sofa or recliner every night. The door lock is difficult; and please check to see if housekeeping is actually mopping floors. I spilled water in kitchen & wiped it up with paper towel that came up brown. All in all a very nice condo on Holiday Isle!"

"Amazing views in paradise. - Communication was great, condo exceeded our expectations. Corner unit, view of the ocean and channels, we loved the balcony.
The area was very quiet but everyone was enjoying themselves, not commercial at all. Short walk to the beach, which was breathtaking.
We enjoyed the restaurants in the area but they have very high end kitchen supplies. Extremely great value for the area, checkout was easy, no surprises!
Our only complaint was queen beds, this was noted in the listing, my husband is very tall!
Otherwise, we were thrilled!"

"Great place - The pictures are very accurate. The only issue we had was there was a sign that says to not put ac lower than 70 so at night it was hot especially in the guest room that has no ceiling fan. Also, wish they had a map to show you where everything is on the property"

"This condo was perfect. The interior was beautifully decorated and the unit came with everything we could have needed such as pans, cutting boards, measuring cups, extra towels, etc. The location was just as perfect. Close to the harbor walk (7 minute drive or 10 minute water taxi) and within walking distance to private beach (10 minute walk right up the street.) The views from the balcony and master bedroom were beautiful. Everything was super easy- keypad to get in the door and useful instructions about parking, beach, AC, and checkout. My partner and I slept in the second bedroom and the bed truthfully was not comfortable, it was really firm with no cushion, but I also have a bad back so this is just a warning for someone like me! We ended up buying a mattress topper from Walmart for our 6 night stay and that was SUPER helpful. I sat on the master bed and that was really comfortable and soft. The condo had two TV’s (living room and master) it also came with a few portable speakers for music which was great. You have to keep the AC at 70° or above which kept everything really cool for April Florida weather which is nice- not sure how that would feel in July when it’s hotter and far more humid. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Great condo for location, price, and amenities!"

"My family and I had an amazing time here. It’s right by the beach, and close to a lot of different things to do in the area. Cleanliness was great, one thing I would’ve loved to have was extra blankets 😅 but all in all it was everything we needed and more for our mini vacay. Also, it’s a lot bigger than it shows in the pictures."

"Absolutely beautiful condo! The space, comfort, extra touches and decor made for a perfect vacation. You can tell the owners take great pride in their vacation home. The location is perfect for a short walk to private beach access. The views from the balcony overlooks so many beautiful homes, the ocean and bay areas. Only down side is the lack of dedicated and available parking. During peak season, this will be a challenge to find parking. Destin does ticket and tow cars too! (We learned the hard way!)"

"The apartment was extremely clean. Recently renovated, bright and airy; simple and elegantly decorated; no unnecessary frills which we liked. Target and Win Dixies are close by if you need something to buy. The view from the balcony is nice, you can see the ocean in the distance and the harbor to your left.
We really really enjoyed having access to a private beach. It’s walking distance from the building and requires a code that was provided. It’s tucked back in a very residential area which was nice since we were actively avoiding crowds. No beach parking available FYI.
We spent time at the condo pool as well. Very clean and wasn’t crowded.
Building is a little older but is undergoing some updating; one elevator was being updated but usable.
Besides some minor text response delays from RealJoy, I thought it was really good value. If this happens use the instant chat option from RealJoy and someone will assist you quickly.
Overall, great value for what we got. Will definitely stay again."
