Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We did have some issues with checking in but it was resolved in a timely manner. Something that we didn't like involved the property (Not in the actual unit/ condo) was the water on the floor (hallway and by the elevator). This was probably due to the high humidity but it was slippery to navigate)."

We really really enjoyed having access to a private beach. It’s walking distance from the building and requires a code that was provided. It’s tucked back in a very residential area which was nice since we were actively avoiding crowds. No beach parking available FYI.
We spent time at the condo pool as well. Very clean and wasn’t crowded.
Building is a little older but is undergoing some updating; one elevator was being updated but usable.
Besides some minor text response delays from RealJoy, I thought it was really good value. If this happens use the instant chat option from RealJoy and someone will assist you quickly.
Overall, great value for what we got. Will definitely stay again."
