"Wonderful stay at Dolphin Point! The condo was comfortable, well stocked, and very clean . We loved the views of the harbor and the dolphins swimming by. It’s a great place to be. Real Joy was wonderful in dealing with the few issues we had. All of their staff we dealt with were pleasant, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very willing to help us . We only rent from Real Joy as we know we can depend upon them to respond quickly and efficiently. Thank you, it’s been a Real Joy working with you. See you next winter!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. Will I book again? Yes , I would. The view of the harbor to me and my family was nice. We like to see boats and watch them sail as well. We did not get a chance to book a boat ride, but we will next time. We had an absolutely wonderful time."

"Great location and more beautiful than the pictures. We loved every minute here and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. The only negative (and it's minor) is that the glass door to the bathroom in the master doesn't stay closed. Because it would swing open on its own, I just placed a small object (my glasses case) on the floor in front of it for privacy when in the bathroom. Other than that, the place was clean and very roomy!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and do their own thing, but also great gathering space as well for when we wanted to be together. The beach supplies and the wagon were a GREAT bonus that made our beach time even more enjoyable, and the kitchen was very well appointed. The pool was never super busy, so we enjoyed that everyday, and the short stroll to the private beach area was great. The area felt very clean and safe and family-friendly - and we would definitely stay here again!"

"A Great n spacious location - Loved the unique view of a small Marina and the Harbour. Made the water taxi quick n easy. Easy access to bars and Restrauants ample and close parking.. easy n convenient!! Nice rooms with clean baths. Great and spacious kitchens with all well working appliances. "Very clean and lots of space for the 6 of us. Washer and dryer were in the condo. Very close to the beach with only a 10 minute walk. The pool was clean also and was not busy , plenty of tables and chairs/ umbrellas for all. We would absolutely rent from this location again. The restaurants down the street were also very good!"
