Welcome to your stunning 30A beach home located only 200 yards from Seagrove Beach access. Double Down features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. When your crew wanders back from the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and gather around the firepit in the large, fenced-in backyard! This home boasts tile and hardwood flooring throughout, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 dining areas plus extra seating at the breakfast bar.

This gorgeous home is a converted duplex with two 2BR/2BA units. A living room door allows easy access between each unit. The main level is up a flight of stairs and features both living areas and kitchens. The second level has two king master bedrooms, each with balcony access, and two guest rooms, each with a twin over full bunk plus twin trundle. All bedrooms and both living rooms have large flat screen TVs! You don’t want to miss this incredible vacation spot just off Hwy 30A. Come have the time of your life at Double Down!

Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
