"Great place to stay with a family/kids. 10 minute walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week and that made getting to the beach very quick - about 3 minutes. Beach parking for car/golf cart was easily accessible. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, beds were comfortable. The house did not have beach towels or beach toys included, so we used the bathroom towels and did laundry every night and bought toys to use for the week and left them at the house as we couldn’t travel with them. Otherwise, the house has everything we needed for the week."

"Family Getaway - We loved our stay. The house was very accommodating for 11 guests.
We had 2 issues, the first was some miscommunication about checking in (our email stated we needed to drive to the rental office to pick up parking passes- this information was sent by mistake and caused some confusion while checking in.)
The second issue was that the lower level AC was not working. The property manager was very proactive helping to solve the problem. An AC repair company responded within a few hours and then portable units were brought in until the part could be replaced. I really appreciated the timely communication and response to this issue.

"This house is a fantastic spot for a large family or multiple generations. It is furnished beautifully & has everything you could possibly want in a beach house. Bring your own beach chairs but don't worry about anything else. Bonus for kids: there's a great park directly across the street."

"This house was the perfect space for our family of 6. Everyone had they're own private space they could retreat to. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms are spacious. This house is located between 2 state parks that were perfect and it was within walking distance to an ice cream shop and the beach. We had a great time."

"Great house, perfect location and size for families with small children. We had 6 adults and 4 preschoolers/toddlers, and it was perfect (living space would be tight with more adults or adults and older children, though). It was very clean and well-kept, and the location was perfect. There’s a fenced-in park across the street with a swing set and lots of room to run around. Also a 10-ish minute walk to the ice cream shop and just a little further to the public beach access (or a very short drive). Overall great, we’ll be back!"

"Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated home big enough for 2-3 families! There is enough nice cookware, appliances and Tupperware to prepare any meals at home. Make sure to bring any food stuffs and extras you may need (salt, pepper, coffee, filters, foil, saran wrap... there are starter paper towels). Also, BYO beach towels. Highly recommend renting bikes or a golf cart to make trips to the beach, Creamery, etc. easier. It was a little farther than we preferred to walk. Overall a convenient and wonderful place to stay! We would definitely come back and bring friends. :)"

"You will not be disappointed! Wonderful time, and a literal 5 minute walk to the beach. Don’t have a caravan of cars though, there’s only enough parking for 2 cars. The house is beautiful, and just a wonderful escape from reality so be careful;) You may end up wanting to buy the house and just retire right where you are."

There is a play area across the street from the house with swings and space for the kids to run around. "Beautiful beach house. Perfect for large families! - This was our first trip to BlueMountain Beach. We have stayed in Destin for the past 20 years BlueMountain Beach has a great vibe and it’s not as crowded as Destin. The house was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped for all our families needs. We had 6 adults and 5 children from 9-17 years old. Very nice furniture and decor. Beach access was fairly convenient I recommend renting a golf cart to get back and forth."

"Gorgeous House just a short walk from Beach - We loved this house! There’s enough room for everybody with one master on the first floor that has two double beds and then all the other bedrooms are upstairs. We enjoyed walks to the beach for the sunrise and sunset, and we were able to find parking close to the public beach access that’s located less than a half mile away. When we came back we were able to wash our feet off with the outside shower. We also grilled out on the screened in back porch. My family and I made memories that will last a lifetime, and we cannot wait for the opportunity to come back and enjoy it again!"

"Great House! - This house was beautiful! It was very clean and everything seemed brand new. All of the bedrooms were very nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great time grilling on the screened in porch and the beach was a very short walk away. I'm so happy we found this house. We'll definitely be back!"

"Truly a paradise! - I usually don't sleep well away from home, but I slept like a baby here! The beds were so comfy, and the linens were very nice. The bathrooms were appointed with the best smelling soaps, too. The layout of the great room was really nice, and the porch was awesome! There was a mounted TV, plenty of seating, and a grill. The porch was also equipped with a screen, so critters were nowhere to be found. Hopefully we'll be back soon!"
