Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Dunes of Panama is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. This amazing complex features 1,500 ft. of sugar-white beach front, 3 Large gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated Nov. 1 – May 1), 2 Fire Pits – 1 at the B and C building pool and 1 at the E building pool, Poolside gazebos, Volleyball, lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, activities for kids, Swing Sets on the beach, Outdoor BBQs, Picnic Tables, and a Fitness Room (E building). Conveniently located on the on the family friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of Dunes of Panama is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than 10 Minutes away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Panama City Beach is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
