East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

East Pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle's furthest point overlooking the famous Destin Bridge, Destin Pass, Destin Harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Great condo - This condo was such a nice surprise! It was a little off the main strip, but we actually found that this was more enjoyable for our family to be able to relax and enjoy. The beach is without large crowds. Would highly recommend!"

"Exceptional - My husband and I stayed in this building 2 years ago for our honeymoon. That's why we wanted to come back because we loved it so much.
We wish we would have known about the construction fence put up on the beach nearby that somewhat hindered walking over to the beach and also that the hot tub was not operational."

"What a great condo! Very clean, well appointed and quiet. The large patio area gets both shade and sun throughout most of the day and overlooks the harbor. This is a first floor unit, so in and out was quick and easy. There is a great pool and hot tub area, as well as a private beach."

"Simply amazing! - I have absolutely no complains about this property. We drove 8 hours since we are from Houston TX. & since we drove in everything went so smooth. Place was beautiful and super cool. Had some amazing balcony views easy to get around. There was a beach that was also super easy to get to. There was also a beach taxi right behind our backyard! We are so in love with this place we already want to come back!"

"Quick trip - The only disappointment with the condo was that there was no actual ocean access. There was sand and a seawall but you couldn't get into the water so we had to find another Beach. Other than that the location was great and the room itself was nice"
