"Amazing place - super clean! - Our only complaint was that it appeared one of the couches from the photos on the host’s site was missing. There’s only a small loveseat, a small swivel chair and a wooden rocker in the living room. It was not much comfortable seating. But….that’s okay! The rest of the unit was spacious and clean and amazing! Truly enjoyed our time here and would stay again."

"First stay at Edgewater - Loved the Condo . Had a great view and very clean and great quality furniture. Real Joy very accommodating. We had a great time the condo was stocked very well and everything was updated except balcony furniture bar stools and table need to be replaced not very sturdy and pretty worn. Other than that this place gets a 5 star . Would stay here again"

"Perfect for our needs and right on the beach. Fresh update of the condo with a nice beachy feel to it. Great view of the pool area and the beach from the patio. Kitchen included all of the utensils we needed but bring any cooking supplies needed. A nice supply of fresh mint was also available on the patio."

"WE WILL BE BACK! It’s the perfect location. And on top of that SO MANY OTHER people staying there say they’ve been coming for years and refuse to stay anywhere else. It’s a perfect family spot. Though we didn’t bring our daughter this time, we definitely plan to next time. She will LOVE the bunk beds and all the other children playing on the beach.
It was so incredibly clean. The only problem we had with cleanliness was the shower drain was VERY clogged. But my husband got it unclogged. (As much as you don’t want to do that.) But that paled in comparison to how wonderful the place was otherwise.
Only other issue we had was most rooms on the property offer free umbrella and beach chair set up. 308 did not. We had to pay for it. Which sucked.
Overall we will be back. We had a fantastic time!"

"Savored some moments. - My family has spent a lot of vacations in Destin, but we haven’t been there in quite a few years. My husband and I decided, at the last minute, we wanted to spend a few days on the beach after having spent a few days in Disney going non-stop. We found this condo and it was really a little gem. Had a great time. The condo has been redone and it’s so cute. Will definitely be back."

"Family vacation - The condo was very nice and had everything we needed we really enjoyed having the extra fan. The only issue for us was the mattress it was uncomfortable and loud when getting in and out of the bed but it was not a deal breaker. We drove our truck down and had no problem finding a place to park. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and is conveniently located next to the elevator my family and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you again for a wonderful time."

"Great Stay - As stated, this condo was recently updated. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and it has great view of the ocean. The master with the built in bunk beds is cute and functional for extra beds. The condo has everything you need. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would.
I did not have any issues with RealJoy regarding this rental - their electronic communication was great.
We have stayed many times at Edgewater Condos (our first time in this unit and first time booking here w/VRBO as I normally go directly through Edgewater). You cannot beat the location of Edgewater! The beach is amazing (beach service is not included with this condo but you can rent daily or just buy some beach chairs from the store), pool area is great, and you can literally walk to the grocery store, restaurants, outlet mall, etc. - so we never rent a car when we are there."

"Beautiful view from every window. This space quickly felt like home for our family of 5. The full kitchen was perfect. We did one shopping trip to the Publix nearby, and then we only needed to eat out when we really wanted to. With little ones, sometimes food at home is a lot easier, and then we could go right back out to the beach."

"Perfect vacation spot - The unit was exactly as portrayed in photos and description, very clean and cute furnishings. The view from the large balcony (and even inside) was amazing! The beds were very comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There were only 3 of us staying but there was much more room for more had we had a larger group. The rooms are good sized. It was so nice to have a private beach and we enjoyed the pool area as well. The beach here at this spot is incredible! The location is perfect in my opinion, very close to everything (food, shopping, etc) and felt safe which is important when being away from home. I would definitely try to stay here if we visit the area again. We had no issues during our stay and any questions were answered quickly by texting the number provided to us at check in. The unit is also right by the elevator which was very convenient. Can't say enough good things, we had a great time during our stay and hope to make it back again sometime!"

"Peaceful beach retreat - We decided not to rent a car while at Edgewater. If you’re a walker the Winn Dixie is right across the street along with a nice sports bar and a Marcos and Five Guys. You can also walk to the outlet malls , CVS and a bank. Beach access is equally easy from this unit as you are right by the stairs. Beach chairs were not included or provided. We arrived early and weren’t able to check in to our unit but the front desk gave us access to the pool and beach while we waited.
The property itself is an older unit that is nicely decorated and was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the extra fan. It was also very quiet with no road or neighbor noise.
We had a nice visit and enjoyed our stay."
