Edgewater 1-412 is a fully renovated 3BR/3BA condo in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Pros: The resort is nice and the unit is spacious. It accommodated our family of 10 well. The views from the unit were great and the balcony was spacious. I would recommend balcony nets as the railings have gaps just wide enough to make it a concern with small children. The beach is beautiful and the resort pools and amenities were nice. Realjoy was responsive when we messaged them.
Cons: One of the showers (in the master) had no hot water for our entire stay (5 days) I messaged Realjoy after showering in the early afternoon on day 2 and they advised that it may just be timing I took a shower. Then we tried the shower later in the evening and the next morning and it was still cold both times. Realjoy indicated they would send someone to look at it.....it was never fixed during our stay.
For what we paid overall, I can't recommend staying here.- Posted: 7/5/2024

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very well decorated in a cute beach style! The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. I felt bad to see spills on the wood furniture, couches, and chairs. Even on vacation people can clean up after themselves! Instead I cleaned up and made everything shine as it should! Such a beautiful condo to not show respect for it! I would love to stay here again! The location was perfect! Lovely Property
The property was very nice, roomy, comfortable… At the time of our stay there was a lot of foolishness going on. The location was blocked off majority of our stay and we couldn’t enjoy the condo due to the roads being blocked everyday that we were there. Beautiful Condo, Comfortable Stay
This was by far one of the best stays I've had. I've stayed at Edgewater a number of times but this was my first booking with Realjoy stays. It was amazing. The condo was top notch and they didn't miss a beat We were giving a gift when we arrived and the condo was completely stocked with everything we needed. I felt at home. It was an Amazing Christmas. My family and I had a great stay here with Real Joy. The place was clean and comfortable for us all. The water was actually pretty hot and we didn’t run out of hot water to shower with. The only thing we started having issue with was on our last day with the AC, it was not going down to the temp we set it to be but since it was our last day we tried to not make such a big deal out of it. Great stay at Panama City Beach
We had a great stay at Edgewater Resort Tower 1-412! The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of space for our party of 8. We didn't have any issues, except in the master bathroom the water would not get hot at first. We just had to wiggle the handle a bit to mess with it and it worked then just fine. No real complaints though. We absolutely loved the entire place, there was so much to do, we loved that there were a couple food options right on site that made it easier to enjoy the pool and beach without having to leave and get food. Excellent follow through with any issues or questions
Just a couple of minor questions/issues (no biggie) and they were very attentive. Communication prior to our stay was great. Great property

Loved condo!
Everything was perfect except master shower didn’t work which made it hard because we had to use other people’s bathrooms. Other than that loved this unit.- Posted: 9/22/2020

Great trip and great place to stay!
Property is awesome. There was so much space in the condo! We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the water would not stay hot long enough to take a shower and one of the tubs that had a shower didn't work. Other than that the unit is great!- Posted: 9/2/2020

Would definitely stay again
Overall the stay was excellent, as a matter of fact we want to rent it for next year. The only thing wrong was the cleanliness. You should have a talk with your cleaning people. The condo was not as clean as it should be with the virus and all. I don’t think they swept under anything.- Posted: 7/18/2020
