Built in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. "Great property! As described! - Everything is very convenient. Location, in/out, several things within walking distance. If you want one of the chairs/umbrellas on the front row, you need to go down as soon as you get there or you’ll end up on the back row. We didn’t go down until the 2nd day and they were already spoken for. There is a hut in the middle of the chairs down on the beach where they will assign them to you. First come, first serve. You will keep the same number throughout your stay. Also, park on the 3rd level in the parking garage. This is the level with the Sky Bridge that you have to walk across. It makes things much easier and less walking."

"Best Beach Vacation EVER!! - We had the best family vacation and enjoyed everything about this condo and resort. It was perfect for our family of four. It had everything we needed and was very spacious. The beds, the couch, the linens were all very comfortable. I loved that we had two bathrooms with the a shower and bathtub available. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything was extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners take great care and love this unit. I loved that the beach chair service was included in the rental. I did not know that, however until the second day, so we did pay for two days but it was worth it. You just have to let the chair company know that it's included and give them your information. My family really enjoyed all of the pools and kid friendly games, the arcade etc. The only thing I would change, would be to add an upper lock to the balcony sliding glass door out of a child's reach.( My husband and I enjoyed the balcony, but it made me nervous and we did not not let the kids go out there with a high top table and chairs so close to the railing. No complaints, just a safety suggestion) The ocean view was absolutely breathtaking! We will definitely be returning!"

"Great vacation! - This was a great place to stay for our little family. Plenty of room in the condo and it was very clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance so we never had to drive. Loved being right on the beach. The family pool with game area was great for a little one. Our only complaint was it could sometimes be a long wait for the elevator depending on the time of day. And just a heads up if you bring a wagon to the beach there is no ramp, only stairs so we had to carry the wagon up and down."

"Wonderful Family Vacation - Our family of 3 had a wonderful 5 day stay! The location was fantastic with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfy. The view was beautiful...sunsets and sunrises both. Our son loved listening to the waves while watching the activities on the beach from our balcony. He also loved the pool area with games and especially the life-sized chess game! My husband and I loved the sky bar. We took advantage of the happy hour a couple of evenings and enjoyed the live entertainment. Our overall experience was wonderful! Hope to be back soon! = )"
