This gorgeous 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo offers a spacious king master suite with en-suite bath and balcony access and a guest bedroom with a queen bed w/ twin bunk beds. Including the fold out sofa in the living room, you can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The unit has comfortable seating for up to 8 when you enjoy a homecooked meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Water views can be found in every room and are sure to make you want to stay longer especially the direct ocean view from the penthouse patio. The unit includes a premier parking spot close to the elevators and it’s the first unit you come to off the elevator. Also, the laundry is very close by. Convenience is the name of the game in Emerald Isle 708.

The Emerald Isle complex is situated right on the beach on gorgeous Okaloosa Island! Western view is of the Destin Sound- part of the Intercoastal Waterway, overlooking yachts, fishing craft, and beach homes. The beachside pool is spectacular with a handy ramp down to the beach for easy access. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and a picnic area complete with grills for a juicy steak on a balmy night.

It's the perfect location for a vacation. The beach front is awesome and the pool is really nice when you tired of fighting the waves. The place is quiet and easy to get to. There are tons of things to do in the area or just hang out on the beach with the included beach service. So there's no need to bring chairs or an umbrella since it's included.- Posted: 9/28/2024

The only complaint I have is the keyless entry, last night we were locked out at 11 at night. Called they did answer right away however we were told the emergency person was on other side of town and we would be stuck outside for over an hour. Longer if they had to call a locksmith.
Luckily we kept trying and it worked one more time to get us in. Maybe change the batteries a little more often.

Nice getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location. Our only issues were the king room was warmer than the other rooms and we were only given 1 trash bag for the kitchen. They had an extra small fan in a closet so we could use it to help. We would definitely visit this condo again. Even our teenagers enjoyed being here.- Posted: 8/18/2024

we absolutely LOVED this place! Beautiful views and walk up beach front. Clean and heated pool. There was a "Borrow Box" filled with buckets, nets, boogie boards, and floats for the beach and pool. This place was very peaceful and had a perfect view of the ocean! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening! It was very relaxing and comfortable place for some much needed downtime. We will definitely be back…? And if I was to write one negative, it would only be that the parking in some places was a little tight and hard to get out of for others. Great views out the front door and balcony! 10/10 would recommend staying here! The owners put in a lot of work to make the condo feel like a home! It was clean and everything we needed was there! Our stay here was perfect. There was 6 of us staying here with a 1 year old, 5 year old , and 4 adults and the condo was perfect for us. Very spacious and even had a bed that pulled out from the couch that was perfect for the kids to sleep on. The view from the balcony was great and the location was perfect with multiple restaurants less then a mile down the road. Would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay again.- Posted: 4/2/2022
