This gorgeous 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo offers a spacious king master suite with en-suite bath and balcony access and a guest bedroom with a queen bed w/ twin bunk beds.  Including the fold out sofa in the living room, you can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The unit has comfortable seating for up to 8 when you enjoy a homecooked meal from the fully stocked kitchen. Water views can be found in every room and are sure to make you want to stay longer especially the direct ocean view from the penthouse patio. Beach service is available. The unit includes a premier parking spot close to the elevators and it’s the first unit you come to off the elevator. Also, the laundry is very close by. Convenience is the name of the game in Emerald Isle 708.

February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. The Emerald Isle complex is situated right on the beach on gorgeous Okaloosa Island! Western view is of the Destin Sound- part of the Intercoastal Waterway, overlooking yachts, fishing craft, and beach homes. The beachside pool is spectacular with a handy ramp down to the beach for easy access. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and a picnic area complete with grills for a juicy steak on a balmy night.

Area Attractions: 

Emerald Isle is located near an array of dining possibilities at the boardwalk nearby, loads of options in Fort Walton Beach or in the busy harbor area of Destin, which is just a short 10 minute ride. Visit the Gulfarium, a marine adventure park, with dolphin and sea lion shows or head into Destin to visit Big Kahuna's Water Park. Fish off the pier at Okaloosa, or try your hand at the array of water sports in the area. There's something for everyone, so pull out your calendar and start planning your trip!
