The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes drive to plentiful shopping, dining, and entertainment in Destin.
Area Attractions:
The Enclave is located 3.5 miles from Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
The Destin Commons is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was large, great views to the beach. The master shower made noise warming up but then went quiet so if that's the worst thing that happened, then it's all good. The tv remote in the master bedroom started acting up but new remote batteries will fix that. Easy walk to the beach, the code worked every time all week. The beach space is very narrow, we were not provided beach umbrellas on the beach, you have to bring your own which we did. The beach umbrellas in the closet do not have the poles which was a bummer so we bought a beach umbrella but we did use the chairs in the closet for the beach. The tennis court is nice and new, the swimming pool was okay to chill for a bit, we kinda ran away from the pool when it would fill up with kids and families but that was our choice...mainly went to the beach anyway. I forgot one of the parking passes in our vehicle after we departed, oops sorry but I'll plan to mail it back to the owner."

"Me and my family of 6 really enjoyed this stay. The Airbnb itself looked exactly if not nicer in person than in pictures. It’s was very spacious and walking distance to the beach. The beach access was directly across the street. The view from the balcony is also very nice. Everything was clean and easily presented. The only two complaints I have was the Wi-Fi listed on the website when checking in was not correct. Luckily we found a piece of paper in the living room that had the Wi-Fi connection/password on it that matched and worked. Also, I specifically asked the host what type of coffee maker was provided and she said a Keurig, when in fact it was not. It was a regular coffee pot, which would have been fine but prior to arriving I purchased coffee that only worked for a Keurig. Over all loved our stay and the location is prime location for beach."
