Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this recently renovated, 3BR/2BA home has an ample amount of outdoor space, including a relaxing back porch with new patio furniture! The backyard has a nice, shaded area to enjoy the hammock or have a nice evening by a fire in the backyard. When you're ready to enjoy the beach, it is a short walk using the wagon and chairs that this house offers. Then when you're not catching the sun, you can chill in the comfortable living room with a huge flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and high-speed internet, or play a game of cards around the dining table and fire up a meal in the freshly remodeled kitchen. The Master bedroom has a King bed with a Twin over Full bunk and Ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed with another Twin over Full bunk. The second guest bedroom offers a King bed. These two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. There is also a Pack-N-Play and stroller provided for the little ones. Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close-by restaurants such as the award-winning Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"I really liked how close it was to the beach. Restaurants and Walmart were also very close. Loved the color scheme, furniture and how the whole place flowed and felt homey. "The place was amazing! Very clean and just as pictured. Only problem was with communication with the host. We were waiting outside of the house for almost an hour on hold with RealJoy because we never got a code for check in, and the QR on the door said “invalid” because we booked through AirBNB instead of direct with their company. Other than that, our trip was amazing! The location was perfect and in a veryyyyy nice neighborhood, friendly locals who loved to chat with us, and not too far for Uber trips to restaurants. The walk to the beach was on a safe walking path, about a 7-10 min stroll. I would absolutely book here again in a heartbeat and would recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin."
