From the moment you arrive at Fins Up, you will start a new vacation tradition of a lifetime! This magnificent, 4000 sqft home is across the street from the beach in the heart of Crystal Beach. Fins Up features 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 24 guests comfortably. Built in 2018, this incredible home was designed to provide your group with an unmatched beach experience. It features hardwood flooring throughout, gorgeous ship lap, multiple living areas and balconies, a stunning private pool deck with plenty of seating, and Gulf Views from the 3rd floor! There are 4 king bedrooms, two bedrooms each with 2 sets of built-in queen over queen bunks, and an open loft room with a queen over queen bunk. The 3rd floor loft area has a foosball and ping pong table.

Area Attractions:

Crystal Beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk to close by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 Inn on the Gulf or Camille's, get your fro-yo on at U-Twirl Frozen Yogurt, or learn how to ride the waves at All-A Board Surf School.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Spring Break Getaway - Our guests enjoyed the stay at the property. There was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen large enough to cook for 17 and enjoying dining together. Since it was March we had to pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. We had a few issues with a leaking shower and a gas tank but the management team sent someone out right away. We appreciate the great communication with the team. Definitely would stay there again."

"Destin Getaway - My friends and I had the best time at our stay at Fins Up last weekend! The house was gorgeous, cozy, huge, and exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Each guest almost had their own bathroom. We loved the loft area on the second floor and the gaming loft area on the third floor. It was perfect for late night hang outs.The back yard/ patio area was so nice. There was plenty of space for all us to lay out and hang by the pool. The heated pool was fabulous and a must if you stay! We loved being able to see the beach from the second and third floor, just a block away. We needed assistance turning on the heated pool and Real Joy was just a text away and it was on in no time. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back and explore more!"

"Family Getaway - The house accommodated our family of 18. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. The floors needed to be mopped because our socks became dirty just walking though the house on the first day. On the first night there was sand in one bed on the third floor and dead bugs were found in one bed on the second floor. When we went to use the gas grill the battery was dead in the grill igniter. We would consider renting this house in the future due to its space and location."

"Fins Up Fun - Great 3 level rental however only one bedroom with full bath on first floor.remaing rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Make sure guest are fit to climb the stairs and climb onto the top bunks if counting upper bunks as sleeping arrangement. Overall great place to stay for with multiple generations. Pool, gameroom, and balconies were fun and relaxing. Looking forward to staying at Fins Up again in the future."

"Great house for our group of 15 - We were pleased with the cleanliness and open feel to this home. Kitchen was well supplied with plates, cookware and utensils. A quiet street and plenty of areas for play and visiting. Loved the wine/beer frig on 1st and 2nd floors. Appliances do need to be checked as dryer was too slow and broiler did not work in oven. Number of towels and initial supplies were generous and appreciated. It may be helpful to supply information regarding suggested beach areas as we were surprised to find some beach areas labeled “private”. Overall a great stay!"

"Fins Up - Met expectations. Great location. The only things I suggest are getting a vacuum of some sort to do a better job at picking up sand on the floors. It was hard to sweep with a broom. Also, some of the drains didn’t drain well (1st and 2nd floor stand-alone bathrooms). Signed up to have pool heated and it wasn’t upon arrival. We called after a couple days and said something. It took a couple trips out to get it figured out, but thankful we had it part of the week. Otherwise, great place, location, and service."

"Great week in Destin! - We loved this home! We had 4 families - each set of parents had a master and the kids had the whole 3rd floor with both a girls room and a boys room. The walk to the beach was short - 5 min max. The outdoor space was great too. House was spacious and comfortable for our group of 17."

"Honor Society kids and sponsors had a blast! - Beautiful home...only about a 3 min walk to beach. The public beach area closest to the home however is very small. The condos have all the beach " private" space on the beach so the beachhome renters are all piled in a 15 ft wide section of public beach...not properties fault but fyi. The ac was stuck on Celsius not Fahrenheit, even though several knowledgeable men tried to set it to Fahrenheit. I couldn't find check out procedures because I chose " already left" on one of the emails. I should have chosen " check out early" then maybe I would have received the checkout/ clean up procedures before we actually left. Those were the only small issues. Overall it was an excellent experience...we would definitely rent again. The brzee bungalow was wonderful. We had 18 people and plenty of room. Great memories made!!"
