The ground floor offers a 2-car garage and exterior parking for up to 6 vehicles, ensuring that you and your guests will have plenty of space.

As you ascend the foyer staircase to the second floor, you'll discover a game room with a pool table and direct access to the pool deck. The four bedrooms on this level include a king suite, two king guest rooms, a queen guest room. Providing ample space to rest and relax, three of the bedrooms feature outdoor decks perfect for enjoying the views. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this level.

The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a spacious living-dining area with French doors that open up to unforgettable views of the Gulf. The dining table seats 8-10 guests, with additional seating for four at the bar. The gourmet chef kitchen is equipped with high-end Viking appliances and ample kitchenware. This level also includes a master suite, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another laundry room.

The fourth floor loft area is a private oasis, with a king bed, 2 twins, and a trundle bed. The full bath, walk-in closet, and reading nook overlooking the living area below make this the perfect spot for a quiet retreat. And the balcony views from this level are simply breathtaking.

Grayton Beach is a laid-back, organic beach town with old-style wooden beach bungalows and narrow neighborhood streets lined with live oaks. You'll also get a “hippie kitsch” feel having the iconic Red Bar a stroll away. This cool little beach town is also home to the diverse coastal ecosystems of Western Lake and Grayton Beach State Park, and is a gateway to a large expanse of sugar-white beach that is a haven for fishermen, boaters, and beachcombers alike.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. Grayton Beach not only provides you with stunning views, it provides you with activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, hiking, and snorkeling -- you'll find it all right here!

It’s an eclectic beach burg with good times, picket fences, funky art, and great dining and shopping. You’ll enjoy the many shopping and dining options such as Grayton Seafood Co, or Trattoria Borago. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
