"Our stay was great! Host was extremely quick with responses when I thought there was an issue with the pool heater (there ended up not being an “issue”, it was just turned on later in the day - which we were completely ok with). However, they went over and above and refunded 1 day of the pool heating fee - which was completely unexpected! Super friendly, the house was better than we imagined, we had 9 adults, a teenager, and 2 kids and had plenty of room! The showers are HUUUUUGE AND AMAZING!! Walk to the beach was quite simple - we’d definitely consider staying here again!"

"This place was Amazing! It was way bigger than expected. The beds were big and comfy. There was plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. The Arcade/Movie room was awesome after a long day at the beach and the pool relaxing in this room was great no matter how loud the TV was, we couldn’t hear it in the rest of the house. The pool was huge and just beautiful to sit, stick your feet in the water, and drink your morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We loved how close the beach was, which allowed us to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thank you, Real Joy, for responding so quickly and always being kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The house complied with everything it advertises. It is very comfortable, the pool is spectacular and the patio is cozy. It needs a little more cleaning. You need an Air Fryer and as a special recommendation you should update the stove, it is very slow when cooking. In general, I would go back, we really liked it. Thank you."

"The house was immaculate. Everything was beautiful, the pictures didn't do the actual home any justice. Only problem we had was the refrigerator didn't work at all but that was fine we ate out every night."

"Great Beach Property - We had 4 adults and 7 kids for our stay.
- Location was great, close to beach and easy walk to shops, cvs, a few restaurants
- POOL was perfect. In walking around the area I believe we had the best pool in the whole area. All the bigger multi level homes pools were much much smaller.
- House was very clean and Kitchen with all the bar seating was great for our large group
- only cons - Ice Maker doesn't work well, Dishwasher has a broken piece and doesn't work well either. We tried several games on the large arcade and they didn't work at all. A few games on the small one worked but the not well at all. Would be better if they made it a large movie room that could fit more than a few people."

"We enjoyed our Christmas celebration in Florida. We had issues with the pool heater and the dryer was broken. In both issues, they responded to calls and messages very quickly. The best I have seen with Airbnb. They couldn't fix the dryer, but came up with a solution of taking our kids clothes, washing and returning them. This was thoughtful and kind. We enjoyed visiting in the off season. The beaches were practically empty, and restaurants were accessible. You really do need to heat the pool when visiting in December."

"This house is "as advertised". The house, patio, and pool were very clean. Beds are comfortable. Linens are of good quality.
We had a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and had more than enough room.
We were, lucky, enough to spend our days and evenings on the patio.
The management company checked in with us on arrival. We had no issues during our stay that required their assistance. One member of our group left something of value which was returned to her in a timely manner."

"This home is really something special. The pool is excellently cared for. The patio was clean and had great furniture to relax in. All of the rooms were well cleaned, had plenty of blankets and pillows. Lastly this home couldn’t be in a better spot, the beach is so close you can almost hear it and there’s dozens of places to eat, and drink."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo Palms. The management company was very responsive to our cable/internet outage, getting people over right away to work on it. The pool is great, quite large for the homes in this area. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. There are no beach chairs or supplies includes, so plan to bring your own."

"Fall Break - It was a total of 13 of us. Bed for everyone. Property was nice. Enjoyed the private pool. 5 minute walk to beach, it was very nice. Had a great time. Only thing I can complain is it didn’t look very clean, I think I could’ve been cleaner. The bed sheets were questionable if they have ever been washed. And the backyard pool area could’ve of been cleaner. Other than that we really enjoyed the property. It was well stocked with kitchen stuff, plates, spoons, blender etc etc. only thing we took was a griddle. It was a great stay, I would stay there again."

"The house was amazing and a little more than we expected which is always good. Most houses in the area have really tiny pools but this house had a really good sized pool and the added game room downstairs was nice and it had a sleeper sofa which with the size of the room could've easily been considered a 6th bedroom. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels which we had to purchase but other than that the house was stocked nicely and we'd return without a doubt."

"Enjoyed our stay in Destin! - We loved this beach house! It had plenty of space and comfortable beds for our large multi-family group of 13. The location was great. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. We especially loved the private pool in the backyard. We would have appreciated for the house to provide beach towels, more large kitchen garbage bags, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. We ran out and had to go buy some of our own. But overall we really loved staying in this house while on vacation in Destin!"
