"Great location! Clean! Easy access to pool/hot tub! - Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 across from the beach! Our favorite area of Destin! Very clean! Staff was great at communicating with emails to check on our stay!
Patio leads directly to the pool & hot tub, so no walking at night to the pool area, which was nice! We enjoyed swimming laps & getting in the hot tub anytime, just steps away! Pool maintenance cleaned the pool every morning, very clean!
Beds were comfortable & slept well! Relaxing mother-daughter trip!"

"Vacation - Nice condo overall, location was great to the beach, unit was clean. Could use update of flooring in the bedroom carpet/rug was very worn (had better days) and bathroom shower area needs either new door to complete or the one glass door taken out and shower curtain used solely. But all in all would stay in this unit again, so not entire deal breakers."

"Great location, walk to beach was less than a minute really! Very easy access to all of Destin. Nicely furnished and very clean. A little noise from pool area but that would be the case anywhere. Parking was very close to the door, never had issues getting a perfect spot! Was in town for work, this was cheaper than and better than any available hotel room in June when it’s quite busy!"

"Awesome place to stay worth every penny. As advertised the Beach is about less than a minute walk across the street from the property. The pool & hot tube was right outside our back patio, major plus. Everything from restaurants to shops are about 10-15 drive. We were a family of four with two teens & two adults. There is a washer and dryer and other cleaning supplies which was useful. The only things I found strange was they ask you not to set the AC below 71, they only provide one set of bath towels (stayed 5 days), they didn’t provide extra trash bags. Oh and don’t forget to place these parking placards that are provided in the room. We were told without them you’d be towed immediately (Dang!) . Highly recommend this place."

"Perfect location for a family vacation - We have stayed at Grand Caribbean East several times over the years. The location is perfect, the complex is quiet. The condo was perfect for our family - ground level meant easy access to the pool. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed for the first part of our trip. I think it was because of a chemical imbalance. Randy the maintenance guy did a great job of keeping us updated and worked hard to get the pool open. Two thumbs up, we will be back!"

"Grand Caribbean East 106 - My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. The pics are an accurate description of property. The proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beat. The property is clean and has been well maintained.
Some upgrades needed--new pots and pans due to misuse, bedroom ceiling fan needs to be cleaned, wifi did not work, and cable did not work in the living room (I reported soon after check-in, but nothing was done)."

"Great ground floor unit - We’ve stayed at the grand Caribbean east and west maybe 3 times now and this was our favorite so far... ground floor and can walk right out to the pool. Right across the street from the beach. Only negatives - most places supply at least one dishwasher and laundry detergent, they had the 2 dishwasher but no laundry- might have been nice to provide at least one. Shower door was off track but I fixed easily, and tub drained slow but I assumed from everyone priors sand so we just dealt with it for the week. Would definitely rent again! Thanks!"

"Great condo for a family of four. It was right by the pool so the kids could just pop out and swim. The condo was decorated very cute! We loved the master bedroom. Nice big clean bathroom. I don’t really have anything negative to say about. If you plan on cooking a ton the kitchen may be a little small, but totally doable. We loved the place! Would rent again!"

"LOVE this Condo! - LOVE this condo! Fabulous poolside unit! Great for a dip in the pool or hot tub with no stairs to climb. Fantastic location from the beach with an easy walk back and forth from the condo to the beach. Condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and feels like home. "Perfect Location, Beautiful Property - The property is very well-appointed and is updated to feel like an actual home, no cheesy beach decor in sight. The king bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had all the items we needed for cooking, the pool is steps away and the walk to the beach is super short! We also enjoyed walking to shopping, food and ice cream and would 100% stay there again.
The only issue with being poolside and on the ground floor was hearing the pool gate slam when careless kids/adults went in and out of the pool area. Thankfully, all the guests were good about observing the pool hours and quiet times so, while annoying, the noise never interfered with our sleep."

"Very Clean & Beautifully Decorated - I enjoyed a short girls trip here and it was amazing. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it!! My one and only problem was that the pool code I was sent would not work, but since this is a ground level room I just entered the pool from the patio of our condo. The beach access is a very short walk just right across the street. There's an old pier that's perfect to hang your hammock on. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!"

"Great condo and location - Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised at the remodel of the condo. The paint, floors, and furniture had all been updated. It has a very modern look now. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. From the booking, arrival and departure, the visit was handled very easily. "Chistmas Getaway - This was our first trip to Destin. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We were steps from the pool and hot tub. It rained frequently and to pop in and out of the hot tub during a shower was great. We were 100 yds from the gulf and were able to take frequent walks on the beach. The condos location was great. It has easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and downtown Destin, but was still far enough away that traffic was minimal. We would recommend this condo to anyone."
