"Great place to stay with family. Ocean view is awesome. Grandkids want to live there. - It was great for our family. Elevator would have been nice. But can't complain. When we needed things shopping wasn't far away. The walk to the beach was great. And having a washer and dryer there was fantastic. We shut the air off and enjoyed the weather while we were there. Sat on the balcony and relaxed. Spent time in the heated pool was awesome."

"Our pool code didn’t work when we first arrived but it was taken care of right away with a quick response. Everything was great. Very good views of the gulf. The property was close to shopping and dining establishments but far enough away that you didn’t get the crowds of people. Public beach access was right across the street and the beaches were not overcrowded at all. Would defiantly recommend. We traveled with two young kids and it was perfect!"

"Across from the Beach - Great location across the road from the beach and just a few blocks from Destin Commons. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a partial gulf view from the balcony but it is obstructed by palm trees."

RealJoy was seamless with the experience - good proactive communications along the way and the door code arrived as expected. Some reviews commented about the palm trees obstructing the view, but the branches were cut way back when we were there, so they weren’t even really noticeable. Great view!!"

"Beautiful, peaceful retreat - My dad and I had our first father/daughter week-long vacation and we had such an amazing time. The unit we stayed it was clean and bright and offered us everything we needed for a wonderful time together. The management company was so helpful and accommodating too and we had no problems with the check in and check out process.
This unit was literally across the street from the beach and we had pretty view from the balcony to enjoy anytime we wanted. It made for some fun and memorable moments with my dad (who is getting on in age) so I am extremely greatful! Thank you!"

"Beautiful! - This place had everything we needed. It could use a little update but that is really not a necessity. I had no problem with the codes to get in the apartment. Parking was not a problem had permit passes . Oh and the very short distance to the beach, you could walk across the street and the beach was there. I will definitely be renting this property again.

"Very close to the beach! Comfortable and well maintained with no problems during our stay. - We were close to all the main shopping and public beaches with private parking and on site private private pool. The Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans but did lack- simple items like salt and pepper. Would recommend bringing extra items from home like soap and extra dishwasher tabs. Having your own washer and dryer was great-- would recommend bringing laundry products for small loads. There is a BBQ grill outside but with the cost of buying briquettes for maybe a one time use could not justify buying a bag. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Destin again."

"Perfect - We stayed in 303 with our 4 children ages 5-8. It was the perfect amount of room for us. It was SPOTLESS when we arrived. The only problem was there was no DVD player in the living room. "Great vacation!! - Was very happy with the condo unit, building and facilities. The unit is exactly as described, we had one of the best views of the ocean. We could even see the dolphins playing in the surf from the balcony. The balcony is awesome, double doors open up and give a nice ocean breeze and can hear the ocean. The place is very clean, bright and cheerful. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool and hot tub is a great area to meet and visit with other families on vacation. We went during spring break and this is a very family friendly area for people with children, it was quiet at night with no loud parties going on. Nice safe area for those who enjoy walking or jogging. We plan on returning."
