"Clean place that felt like home. - The place is beautiful and the beach access is right behind it - cannot complain about it in the least. The only thing i did want to note for other people renting here is if you have small kids - when you take the elevator up your door is a balcony. So you have to really be careful coming and going with small kiddos. This may have been specified in the ad, but I didn't see it I guess. Just make sure you have a hold of all your littles hands before leaving the elevator to be safe. Other than that, which isn't necessarily a bad thing it just caught us off guard, this place is amazing. The beds are comfortable, the showers are awesome, the couch is comfortable. It was very home-like and comfortable."

Easy .5 mile walk to Pineapple Willy’s, quick drive to Pier Park (just don’t go down Front Beach Rd), and easy, accessible sidewalk runs from the condo (4 miles all sidewalks)!"

"Overall wonderful!! Would stay again! - Pros:
Absolutely gorgeous, perfect floor level for the perfect view, super clean and had everything we needed plus more, beautiful decor, living room and bathrooms super spacious and very accommodating.
Elevators worked great and fast. I also liked how I didn’t have to check into a front desk or deal with a parking garage.
Cons:
Not enough plug ins in our bedroom and the ones we had were pretty hard to get to…not a huge deal but wish I would have had an extension cord or something for sure.
The two full mattresses in the bedroom and the top mattress on the bunk in another bedroom was so extremely hard…that this would be the only deal breaker for me if I wanted to book again or recommend this place to someone else. The rest of the mattresses were way softer so I don’t understand why they all weren’t the same but we all four suffered from having to sleep on the extremely firm mattresses. BUT…Other than that the stay was perfect!!"

"Quick getaway before school started - As a grandfather I planned a spur of the moment beach getaway for the grandkids( ranging in age from 16 months to 13 years old plus 3 adults) a total of 8, the babies were under the age of 2 so they were not considered as occupants. We were all comfortably accommodated and the condo was very clean and well decorated in a nautical theme. There were no issues at all with our condo and enjoyed our stay there. The only negative ,I would say, is the parking issue that was a bit confusing , but there was a very nice maintenance man there that explained exactly where the lots were for us to park and and upon finding our parking passes ( waiting for us in the condo) we were good."

"Just as described - The pictures and description are very accurate. I would not say it could sleep 10 though unless they are children. I would say about 7-8 adults max. The location is perfect. Very close to Walmart and restaurants and bars. The elevators worked and there was minimal wait. They also have several paddle and boogie boards and that was very nice for the kids. We enjoyed our stay"

Have been frustrated to not even be able to smoke on my balcony. This is something that should be in the listing. We were thankful to not smell cigarettes but thought it should have been mentioned beforehand."

"Beautiful views from living room and master bedroom! The condo was clean and decor made it feel like home. Check in was pretty easy. The roku in the living room was a plus. We had 8 guests and was just right I imagine it be a little tight for 10 guests but besides that we did enjoy our stay. Family friendly and easy access to the beach and pool! Also grand view east has many rules please check this out before booking cause it is more for the family friendly side."
