"My entire family (8 people) were beyond comfortable and thoroughly impressed with the location and the access to the beach and local restaurants. Beautiful all around and view from 15th floor is breathtaking. Only gripe, we had 4 minors. We are on vacation so they play. The excitement of the first night was calmed by the next day but unfortunately, it was too late for the residents downstairs, who complained. We heard about it the following evening. If there are residents with sensitivity to minors then a heads up should be given to vacationers to be extra aware or maybe not even choose those particular locations. Regardless my family enjoyed the entire stay and will do it again."

"Beautiful place! Furniture was solid. Kitchen had tons of equipment. Generous dimensions in all the rooms, nothing felt too small. Felt like the owners really cared about the place, not just trying to make it show well on AirB&B. Well maintained. Would definitely stay again but longer next time 🙂

"Great location and amenities - This was a great vacation for us. The check in process was super easy, and parking was never an issue. There was a security guard on site when we arrived, and he was very friendly and made sure we knew what to do for check in. The property was clean with an awesome view. There were clear instructions on using the appliances, and we didn’t have any issues with any of them. Even using the elevators was very easy, with a very short to No wait every time we needed one. Location was awesome…walking distance to Pineapple Willies and the Pink Pelican. I would definitely come back to this property."

"Nothing short of amazing - First, I am incredibly picky about vacation homes. Cleanliness is SO important to me. The condo was very well kept. Extremely clean and well decorated. The laundry room has pools toys and beach chairs. It also has a beach wagon for chairs and toys. 2 extra beach chairs are in the master closet. The views are amazing!!! My ONLY complaint:: Be cautious of the dryer bc it’s older and clothes will get stuck in the upper part causing clothes to be ripped. We ruined a lot of shorts and shirts before realizing this. ( even with small loads).
The pool isn’t huge, but it’s nice, clean and usually isn’t packed.
Make sure to park across the street in GVE ORANGE parking. The lot under the building is for BLUE passes only. To the side of the building is a parking spot for loading and unloading.
I would rent this condo over and over again!"

"Spectacular Ocean View - The place was everything I had hoped it would be and more. The balcony was in the shade until late afternoon so we were able to enjoy the ocean soundscape from the privacy of our home away from home. I would definitely stay in this beautiful place again. "What an amazing view from this beautiful condo on the 15th floor! Nicely furnished, clean, well stocked. Watched many sunsets and in the morning you can see the dolphins swimming about while drinking your coffee. Great location, value and all around place to stay!"

"Girl trip - My friends and I stayed here for our first ever girl's trip! We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves every morning and evening. We did wish the building had more than 2 elevators. Since we were on the 15th floor, we had a long wait for an elevator a few times. This would not stop us from returning, though."

"Would stay again! - We don't travel a lot. It was easy to make the condo feel like home. We had an issue on the first day with the water tub faucet in the guest bathroom not wanting to turn off at all. It was fixed in a very timely manner. We forgot to bring several things like dish soap and trash bags. There were enough provided for us. We were there 5 days. Also, we brought a bunch of beach toys with us, but we're surprised to find that there were some already there for us to borrow as well (boogie boards, tube, sand buckets, etc.) So you can save room in your vehicle if you want to use what is already provided. Everything was very clean and in well kept conditions. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It was nice to get out of the sun while still cooling off. I felt very safe and relaxed. Now a days it's hard to let your guard down especially in unfamiliar territory, but I never saw anyone or anything out of the ordinary or dangerous. The biggest thing that I was cautious with was walking across the street from the condo to where our car was parked.
Side note: there is some road work being done on Beach Front Road so it's kind of an eye sore. It doesn't take away from the room, but I think it's worth noting so that it doesn't take you by surprise like it did me."

"Beautiful! - Loved this home shared by the owners! I did place a call to maintenance yesterday because we noticed the front tub drained very slowly right away. Never heard from maintenance. I hope the next guest doesn't have to experience the same. This does not take away from our great experience though!"
