"Could not have been more pleased with the entire experience! From the time we booked, RealJoy was on top of everything! Sometimes they answered questions before I even had a chance to ask it! Other times they answered my questions within minutes. Check in and check out was a breeze! The place was such a great deal, so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was AMAZING! We will def book again! Thank you!"

"Best place in Panama City beach🏖️ - We have stayed at different condos for years in Panama City and this condo was the best one! We plan on being back to it year after year. It was VERY clean, it was stocked very good in the kitchen, plenty of cooking items (large pots and pans for large families), lots of plates, silverware, cups and so much more. We cook on our trips to save money and every time we have to go buy pots, pans or plates and silverware. This place had it all!!!! The beds were all comfortable with enough blankets. The elevators were quick. Most of the time, there was no wait. The beach access was right out the back door. Very impressed with the place. Views were amazing too! Highly recommend this place for families with kiddos."

"This is a beautiful rental in a well-maintained building, and it has a gorgeous view of the beach. This condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable; the living and dining area furniture was new; and the kitchen was very well stocked. It was also nice to have a large laundry room, a full-size pantry, and a huge master bathroom. The building itself was quiet, clean and nicely managed. We were a group of three adults and one teen, and had plenty of space. Parking was across a two-lane street, but was convenient and not a problem for us. There was a crosswalk with lights to stop traffic that made for easy access to the parking lot and it was actually a fairly low traffic area. Plus, there was a loading/unloading area adjacent to the building’s main door and plenty of luggage carts available. We will certainly consider renting this condo again."

"My family and I stayed for 3 nights & 4 days. Beautiful place and very spacious. Literally on the shore of Panama. Next time we visit Panama we will be booking this place again. It was so close to many places to get groceries like Walmart & local breakfast that was so good (Sunrise Cafe). Just book this place!"

no nos gusto que los sillones están viejos, la cafetera muy vieja, las lavadoras también muy viejas, el sink de los trastes huele feo, el jacuzzi no sirve, los controles de la tv tampoco funcionaron, la limpieza no estaba muy buena, los espejos no estaban limpios, en la cocina había mucho polvo, la lava trastes estaba sucia, pero aún con todo eso, estuvimos contentos!

"This unit was exactly as we expected, except the views, they were even better than we imagined! It had starter soaps, toilet paper and paper towel and fresh linens throughout. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. It was great and we would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic home’ - This home is very spacious. I was worried about the porch being too small for the 6 of us but it fit the 6 of us comfortably plus my sister in law came over for dinner one night with my niece and nephew and we had plenty of space to eat and relax. This home was fully accommodating. There was a lot drama the weekend we went but this host, the staff, this property in general seemed very safe and secure. We didn’t miss a beat! I strongly recommend and we will be going back if they’ll have us!! (I had a 7yr old, 13yr old and 14yr old, me an my husband also my father)"

"Great stay - Condo was very clean and view was amazing! Couch has some normal wear and tear since it's leather but still very comfortable. The only issue was parking. You have to park across the street and at night usually parking was quite full so you had to park pretty far back which looked a little sketchy and just making sure we were on alert especially walking with the kids. Everything else was great and thankfully there is a crossing sign to make it easy to cross. Would definitely stay again."

"Great - Easy check in and out. Any issues was just a text away, and was fixed ASAP. The residents that lived there were super friendly, and helpful with local spots to eat etc. Great location for walking to get a drink or ice cream."
