"The house was beautiful and we found the appliances in good working order. However the TV in the family room did not work. The Roku remote did not work and the satellite programming was scrambled. I called 3 different times and it was never fixed. Also the sheets and blankets on the beds were dirty. I had to wash them."

"Grayton Beach Perfection - The location of this house is perfect in Grayton Beach - 2 blocks from the beach shuttle. 2 blocks from the best place to eat breakfast / lunch (the Black Bear Bread Co). also 1 mile from the Grayton Beach State Park. no need to rent bikes - there are 4 bikes at the house. next time we go to this area, we will rent this house again"

"Beautiful place in a great location - Property was beautiful. Located about a mile from the beach with a free shuttle just outside the neighborhood is available. Lots of hiking/biking trails near the property."

"Grayt Place - The house was awesome. It actually seems much bigger then the listed Sq. Footage. It was really nice to have bicycles there to use. Also, the outdoor shower was heated...how awesome is that?!?
There was enough parking for our 2 vehicles as well as 2 6 seater golf carts. Golf Carts are an awesome thing to do with the location. With parking and everything. Golf Carts are the way to go. There is a place that is about 1/4 mile don the road too.
We will be back !!!!"

"Excellent value - The check in process was easy and the house was exactly as described. It's just a short bike ride to an exceptionally beautiful beach. The neighboring homes are a little close for my taste, and the outdoor area to wash off the sand is a bit small and rudimentary, but these are very minor considerations for me. Also of note, there are no smart TV's in the house, but they are all connected to a cable service. The home was clean and beautiful, and the large bathrooms were especially nice. Overall a great home and location."

"We spent the weekend of laborday here with the whole family, 4 adults and 5 kids. We all loved the house. Super clean and very spacious. My wife and sister in law, love all the features and decorations in the house. The kids room with the bunk beds was super nice, master bedroom and guest room were beautiful. The staff were super helpful. Great location. the beach was super close (we drove most of the time because we were a big group with one 3 years old child) the neighborhood was super quiet and the neighbors were friendly. 30 mins from destin. We'll definitely book again here for our next family vacation."

"Perfect little gem. By default we landed in Grayton as opposed to Seaside, and I’m so glad we did. So much to do in the immediate area, great restaurants. The home is pretty and on a great street. There was construction going on, but it wasn’t much of an impact. The home came with four bikes, we were able to ride around & explore. Definitely planning on returning!"

"Beautiful, clean home very close to awesome restaurants and businesses! Check out Black Bear Bread Co (for coffee and pastries), Nanbu Noodle Bar and Hurricane Oyster Bar (all within walking distance). The house is a short drive or tram ride to the wonderful beaches in Grayton. We loved riding the bikes through Grayton State Park and over Western Lake to Watercolor and Seaside. The neighborhood pool is great for relaxing and taking a dip. There are homes under construction nearby, but it's only noisy during business hours and it really didn't bother us at all. I do recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping. The room was a bit bright at night."

"The house is beautiful and cozy. Very close to Grayton Beach. There's a public parking area down the way that can shuttle you to the beach if you don't bring too much beach gear.
We used the adult bikes that were provided and rented bikes for our kids from the recommended bike shop and had a blast just biking along the trail. There are so many different ways you can go and it's all amazing.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and loved the area. Also, the community pool was great, it's within walking distance. The neighborhood isn't too full yet and they're still doing construction so we had the pool all to ourselves. Zero entry to 2ft, then to 5ft, then 3ft deep."

It’s located in an up and coming subdivision so depending on your days of stay you may hear some work going on but nothing too ridiculous. "Awesome Spring Break! - It was perfect. Loved the house, so so nice. Close to everything. We rented a golf cart and it was so fun going to all the different 30A places on the golf cart. The community pool is nice too. It was a wonderful stay. You do have to drive to the beach, but the public beach is very close and was perfect! We will be back!"

"We stayed at the Grayton Paradise home for our wedding weekend. The location was incredible, minutes away from the beach. Having the bikes available helped explore the area like a local. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful place for our photographer and videographer capturing us getting ready. We could not have asked for a better place to rest our heads during our wedding!"

"Fantastic house! My husband, in-laws, and I spent three nights at this rental and it was a wonderful stay. Grayton Beach has a relaxed atmosphere and is a gem in 30A. The house is located in new development roughly one mile from the beach. The house itself is brand new and well decorated. The master is on the main with an equally well appointed second bedroom upstairs along with a third bedroom with four bunk beds. A nice pool is a short distance from the house. The rental bikes provided with the house made it easy to get around. There are well paved bike paths along the main road (238 South) as well as along 30A. There are a couple of shopping complexes nearby- one within walking distance that has a great coffee shop (Black Bear) with an adjacent wine bar and a few other restaurants and more restaurants and shopping located within a short bike ride. The beach is picture perfect with pristine white sugar sand and a lovely breeze. Directions to the beach weren't well described in the listing, but is located straight down 283 (go straight at the four-way stop and you'll run right into the beach). Parking is free, but is limited. Grayton Beach State Park is also a short distance away ($5/vehicle entrance fee). We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this rental."

"This house is absolutely gorgeous and is in a great spot. You are a quick drive or 20 minute bike ride from seaside and 30 minutes away from Destin and Panama City. Black Bear bread is right down the street and has excellent coffee and pastries. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Definitely is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at the beach. 10/10 would recommend the place."

"Beautiful place! - Grayt Paradise was a beautiful home and neighborhood. Even though homes were still being built it still was a warm and quaint place. The home was extremely clean and gorgeously decorated. The decor and the cleanliness made the stay memorable. Loved the restaurants nearby! The beach was extremely close and was a great location. My families overall experience was a 10. Made great memories in the home and look forward in staying there again!"

"The home we stayed in was about a mile from Grayton Beach State Park which was absolutely stunning. We loved it! There were restaurants, cafes and art studios in walkable or bike able distance. We biked to Seaside which was about 3 miles away. The house is brad new, in great condition and is styled as a beach home with high end finishes. We would stay here again."

"LOVED the house!!! It was exactly like the pictures. - Loved the house, but construction workers are building houses everywhere so we were limited on car space. We had kayacks and 2 cars for our family of 5. So we had to store kayaks elsewhere."
