"Best little place - This was the perfect little place for us! The condo was great, clean and near everything we needed. We were right across from the beach and could see the water from the balcony! "we really enjoyed our stay here! it was my husband, our 1 year old and myself. it was a perfect space for her to roam around. we could hear the people above us the first night but thankfully no more after that. one night my husband was chasing around our daughter, and a woman from the room below us knocked on our door because she said we were rattling their light fixtures. the location was great, we were able to walk to many good restaurants and shopping, the beach and 2 pools. we preferred the pool in front of the Caribbean because it was a little bigger and nicer. it wasn't really clear where we were supposed to go at the beach. there was a sign for gulf place guests to go in front of some villas but there was no sign that told us where those were so we just picked out a spot. we had what we needed for our stay and have no complaints! would stay here again"

"This property is clean and lovely with a comfy king-sized bed, full bath, and a cute cubby with two twin beds and an extra half-bath. The living room furniture was substantial; the kitchen had everything we needed. The beautiful white sand beach is just a short walk across the street. Chairs and umbrellas, bikes and more are available for rent. Just a small request - the large slider over the balcony needs some attention - it was very hard to open. Also, there were no hangers in the closets! There's a great selection of restaurants and shops adjacent to the property. We ate at Shelby's, Pizza by the Sea and Sunrise Coffee -- All were great! With bikes, umbrellas and chairs nearby for rent, this place has all you need! It's perfect for a couple with children, or a girls' trip. Grayton Beach is also lovely, and a short bike ride away We loved our stay!"

"Great Location! - I grew up vacationing on 30A with my family and have stayed from to end to the other. If you are looking for a place that’s a walk across the street to the beach and don’t have 99 steps to pack mule your gear up and down this is your place. We enjoy the fact that we can walk to several restaurants and never have to load the kids up. The condo is very clean and has the basic essentials. You won’t regret staying."

"Gulf Place Cabanas - We went for a short weekend over Mardi Gras. The location is ideal. Everything you could want is in Gulf Place. We had pizza at Pizza by the Sea and breakfast at the Perfect Pig. We played tennis and took a dip in the heated pool. It was very nice."

"Great trip for our family! - The location was perfect. We didn’t have to leave the area at all. Beautiful Santa Rosa beach across the street. The pool was clean and kids enjoyed having both options. All in all, awesome trip!!
Would have loved extra trash bags and blankets. The place was clean but walls and bunks could use a wipe down. Cheeto marks from the previous families."

"Our new favorite spot! - Owners are super easy to work with and great communicators! Will never stay in Seaside or Watercolor again. Super convenient for our 17 and 10 year old boys to relax in room, join us at pool or on beach or travel back and forth to room for food and drinks. Coming back to this same spot next year for sure."

"Beach Condo-Santa Rosa Beach - This was a wonderful condo in a very good location. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, plenty of space, and great style. It was close to Seaside and Destin, close to many state parks for a variety of outdoor activities, and close to the grocery store. We hope to come back in the future!"

"Great Location - The condo was as advertised--in a great location with plenty of parking. One of the toilets was very slow to flush and we reported it but never heard back. Not a big deal since it was only the two of us and we used the half bath as needed."

"Great Stay - We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. The shops and restaurants are great an came in handy during our rainy stay! My only complaint was the cable service. It is not user friendly and I couldn’t get it to work. Typically not an issue between don’t go to the beach to sit inside and watch tv. But, on this rainy weekend, it would have been a nice option."

"RealJoy is an excellent host! We’ve used them for the past three years, and have never had any issues!! Their spaces are always clean, if there is ever a problem, which has only been one minor water issue, they have fixed it immediately. You will not go wrong booking with them!"

"We had a nice stay. The place was clean and location was great. Beach access across the street. Steps away from a lovely local coffee shop. The only thing we had an issue was checking in. The process was a bit confusing and not what I am used to. I would suggest if you decide to stay here. Check the instructions before getting there. Took long to finally get access to the unit. They were very nice about offering a couple of different options for the inconvenience. Although we didn't take advantage of it due to the short length of stay, it was very much appreciated, Overall I would recommend."
