"Great location, private beach access across the street. Next door to several great restaurants you can walk to. The place had everything you needed in the kitchen. The floors are a little loud to walk on (cracking noises with each step), you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, and you might need to bring more toilet paper. Overall a great place though and we will definitely be back!"

"Second year staying in this exact condo and 4th year staying in this complex/area. We are pleased every time with the cleanliness of the unit and the ideal location - close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We do end up having to buy extra toilet paper and paper towels every visit, as they don’t provide many given the amount of people who can stay there. The tv was difficult to operate (think the remote was bad), other than that our stay has been a real joy every time!"

"Excellent location, clean condo - This unit was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family of four adults. Very walkable to the beach with a pool and heated spa. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, huge ref, oven and dishwasher. There’s a blender to make smoothies. And, eating out is no problem as there are restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!"

"Nice condo! - Gulf Place Caribbean 204 was nice and spacious. I came for an extended Thanksgiving and ended up alone, which gave me way more room than I needed. But I enjoyed checking it out as we are also staying there for the Songwriters Festival.
A big highlight was the porch for watching the lunar eclipse."

"Grawning Family Vacay - This was our second summer vacationing at Gulf Place. This unit is leaps and bounds better than the other. I was a little put out by the lack of communication from the agency leading up to our check in, I like to have all information ready to go and that just wasn’t the case. However, I can overlook all of that because of what a great condo this is. Highly recommend."

"Fabulous Property - This Condo is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay pictures are spot on. Its a very short walk to private beach access and the pool is right outside the condo. Everyone had a blast. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Only downfall, cable didn't work, but we are on vacation we don't need the TV anyway."

"Loved it! - Really enjoyed the place. In a nice location. Walking distance to nice unique stores to shop and restaurants. Very close to beach. Room was super nice and well maintained. Had issue with AC but it was fixed quickly. Only negative thing was couldn’t get the TV to a station. Too many remotes, wasn’t able to just turn it on and watch.
This was in all rooms. Other than that was an awesome stay."

"Return visit to this area - Our family has stayed in various units in this building many times over the last 20 years. This unit was beautiful and comfortable. The area is beautiful and a short walk from the beach, tennis, restaurants,, bike rental and paths for walking/running. Our two teens walked to different ice cream stores each day. We look forward to visiting again soon!"

"Great stay at the Gulf - First stay at Gulfplace the general location was great not crowded but close to everything in the area and plenty of stuff shopping eating drinking in short walking distance as was the beach which was beautiful ....the condo at Caribbean place was as advertised the location is perfect so close to the beach made it easy to go between the condo and the beach with pool stops in between for different parts of my group. The condo was great nicely decorated, kitchen had what you needed and overall condo was big enough for our group of 7 with technically on free bed in hallway bunk. Little bit of noise from condo above but nothing bad and too be expected when on second floor. Check in and checkout process was easy and property management checked in by text/email multiple times to make sure all was good during stay. Definitely would stay here again for sure."

"I would highly recommend this condo! It was an excellent use of space to comfortably sleep so many. It really is such an easy walk to the beach- and the pool was great! "Great location. 5 minute walk from the door to the sand. Private beach access meant much less crowded beaches than up in Destin, even at peak afternoon times. The unit overlooks one of the pools on the property. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. There are a handful of restaurants and even a liquor store within a 5 minute walking distance on the property. Would recommend."

"Great location, proximity to the beach, nice remodel of the condo! - Stayed here for a quick, unplanned getaway to the beach. We were thoroughly impressed with the condo and it's location! Very close to a Publix but also within walking distance to restaurants and treats! The walk to the beach was quick and easy....the water was as beautiful as I have ever seen it! The management company (Invited Home) was by far the best I have ever dealt with, very attentive and accomodating! Can't wait to stay here again. Overall a 10 out of 10!!!"

This area of 30A is not as crowded and congested. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and linens and a fully stocked kitchen. "White Sandy Beaches - This unit was everything and more than we expected. There were 5 of us and Wwe had more than enough room. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach. The beaches were beautiful and private. Not many people at all. We will be back for sure! We are from the Nashville area and it is an easy 35 mile trip from the airport."

"A Very Nice Stay on 30A - Our stay at Gulf Place was wonderful! The condo was clean and loaded with many extras when we arrived such as shampoo and soap, coffee, and filters, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and pans you need. We enjoyed sitting on our large balcony overlooking the lake and pool. The Gulf was a quick trip across the stree through a well maintained beach access. The manager was very kind to deal with and immediately helpful with any questions. We will miss our walks on the beach and bikes rides and hope to return next year! We would recommend renting at Gulf Place to anyone!!"

"Great property, convenient to beach! - The unit was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The small package of Amavida coffee, filters to fit the coffee maker and cold bottled water in the refrigerator were a nice touch. We cooked several meals in the unit and it had everything needed. Ample towels were provided in both bathrooms, as well as trail size soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was also detergent, dryer sheets and more than enough dishwasher tablets provided. The unit was very comfortable and had ample space for relaxation. Our only complaint was that we could easily hear the people in the unit above us moving around and they were very early risers. The unit was well-maintained and appeared very fresh upon our arrival."

"Great condo! - Beautifully appointed property! We have stayed at multiple units in Gulf Place and this one was probably the best outfitted between toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock containers, cups with straws, etc. There weren't any negatives at all but only one improvement that comes to mind and that's a harder master bedroom mattress. 🙂 Great condo - would definitely rent from again!"

"Great getaway to decompress! - This is a very beautiful condo. We were impressed with it. The beds were comfortable and home stocked for the little things so we didn't have to go out and buy anything. What was the greatest perk, is being across the street to the ocean with private beach access. We will definitely be back to this condo. It was nice spending all day at the beach and then relaxing at night in the hot tub/heated pool. My daughter had a blast here. "

"Wonderful family spring break - Returning home from a wonderful week here! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds/linens. Kitchen was well-stocked which is very appreciated. Love it that you have thought of everything, from coffee to dish/laundry detergent! Makes it easy to relax and enjoy! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, letting the breezes blow in through the balcony days, and relaxing in the clean heated pool! A huge bonus for us is that we had beach access nearby for our handicapped daughter...it was the reason I booked this location versus other beaches. We loved our time here and are considering it again for next year! Only problem was the elevator was not working twice during our week which was problematic when your child is in a wheelchair but we worked around it. Thank you"

"Girls Weekend - The property is very well kept. The unit was very nice - nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The towels in the bathrooms were like a 5 star resort - so soft. We all were checking to see the brand so we could buy some. I owned a unit in this building until recently so I was aware of all the amentities - lots to do and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. We were there for a girls weekend of eating and shopping and there is certainly a lot of that in the area. Definitely recommend Gulf Place and this unit. "
