With a king in the master, twin bunks in the hallway, this condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Situated  in the heart of Gulf Place: a convenient coastal community in Santa Rosa that features 3 pools (All Pools are Seasonally Heated), hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffle boards, BBQ grilling areas, large outdoor amphitheater, walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. Discover the ultimate beach getaway at Gulf Place! With three exclusive access points, you have the privilege to choose your perfect spot along half a mile of pristine shoreline, where you can leisurely set up your chairs and soak in the sun-soaked serenity. A few steps away you will find an abundance of shops and dining options at Gulf Place. In addition to great food and drinks, Gulf Place Town Center offers lots of live music and table-side fire pits on cooler nights. The Gulf Place Caribbean building is in the middle of it all! The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views.  Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods.  Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid-back atmosphere.

This condo is less than 2 miles to Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.  It's also a 20-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 15 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! While this is my second time, I’ve had no complaints about this stay. The location was perfect—just a short and easy walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. This is our second visit to a condo in this complex in Santa Rosa Beach. We had a fantastic stay and love staying in the area. Love that it’s not as busy as the more luxe communities down
30A. Host was great with communication, proactive: a storm was coming with tornado warnings and they called us to check on us and the property and give instructions. There are some exterior work being done on the complex and they reached out to let me know that this was happening.
I will say that while I gave this five stars, five stars is appropriate for the condo that needs some updating so it was good for the price point. (For instance, the stove has issues.) I could see from the pictures that it was not as up-to-date as another condo we rented in the same complex. And I was ok with that. The beach access is fantastic, the pool and grounds are well kept. Several walkable restaurants and shops. But the real draw is that white sand beach and water.
I would stay here again!

Clean and great location

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The outdoor pool area was cleaned every morning. It was spotless. The condo was dated, but I felt like the price reflected that, it didn’t cost as much as the ones that have been redone and I did not have a problem with that, we loved everything we hope to stay again.

This is an amazing location. Right across the street from the beach with plenty of shops and several restaurants within walking distance. It is a very cute area with even more close by that is just a short drive away. Truly one of my favorite locations to stay at when I come to Santa Rosa Beach. There weren’t many amenities here that most of the other Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at has had. Make sure to buy any household products like toilet paper, paper towels, ziploc bags etc. as soon as you arrive. If you plan on going to the beach, make sure you have chairs and umbrellas or plan ahead to buy or rent those. All in all, an incredible location and easy communication with the owners!

great spot

can't beat the location, heated pool and hottub were geat amenities. it's an older building and the unit reflected that, very bare bones, but 100% got the job done. had some issues with the kitchen lights not working and they offered to fix it while we were there but we declined the interruption to our stay. really enjoyed the balcony, and the fact that there were luggage carts and an elevator. also loved that there were places to spray off beach stuff just outside of the pools. coffee shop, ice cream, oyster bar and other restaurants one block over.

This condo was perfect for us! The location is great for beach access and close to a few delicious restaurants. I read a previous review about the bed being uncomfortable. my husband did not find that to be true, in our opinion. I would absolutely stay here again!
