"I've stayed in this complex 4 times and this particular condo was more spacious than the other standard units as it has an island so you can move from the kitchen area to the dining/living area so much easier. The decor was updated and calming, cool colors. My friend and I went for our annual girls' trip and we loved it so much. We sat on the couch in the living room every day watching the gulf. We always choose the complex because of it's convenience to the gulf and the ease of getting anywhere we want to go. We walk every day down the street to see the water views, go to the nearby restaurants and stores. It's truly a gem of a location. This particular condo is top on the list for next year's trip. Just for extra information, there is no elevator and washer/dryers are down the hall. No big deal for us but worth noting. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting an easy getaway to Destin!"

"Lovely vacation at the Emerald Coast - We had a great stay at the Gulf View apartments. The apparent was clean, spacious as for a family of four with all appliances you may need during your stay. It was better than pictures! Thank you and we hope to return soon!"

"RealJoy Was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The condo itself was just perfect! The only thing that I would say is if you come bring eye covers. Because the light that comes through the room at night is the same brightness as during the day."

"Nice place and great location for our family of 4. Would have been nice to have a few more amenities like other Air B&B we’ve stayed at like coffee filters, salt, pepper, extra toilet paper, beach chairs, umbrella…things that you don’t want to necessarily buy but others would benefit from. Other things I learned to look for after staying here would be checking out the furniture in the living room; for a family having better more comfortable chairs for all and a 10am checkout time seems early. But overall it was a very nice family place!"

"We stayed here with our 4 children, it was nice! Just like the pictures. It’s centrally located so getting to the beach was easy. Also the pool and tennis court are so nice. Very family friendly. We loved the kitchen it was equipped with everything and also the deep bath tubs were great. Thanks so much , we will come back."
