Gulf View 306

Gulf View 306 is a recently renovated, beautifully decorated condo that is only steps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Just across the street a gated access to 200 feet of private beach awaits you. This condo is great for couples or families with a king bed master (with blackout curtains), hall bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with quality dishes and appliances to prepare your meals and favorite beverages.  Boogie boards and sand toys are provided to save you money or the hassle of packing them along. Gulf View offers 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and a BBQ grilling area all nestled in an immaculately landscaped, family oriented private resort with everything you need for the ultimate Florida vacation!

*Minimum age of primary renters is 25*

***HOA restrictions in place: Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent, with a minimum of one parent per every 5 children. Group Rentals of more than 3 condos in Gulf View are not allowed. No more than 6 Guests are allowed for each condo, visitors are limited to 3 additional people***

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1300 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Gulf View Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Featuring 200 feet of private beach, two pools (one heated), a jacuzzi and BBQ grilling area, all surrounded by immaculate landscaping, this complex fits the bill. Enjoy the convenience of coin operated laundry facilities on each floor. Gulf View is within walking distance of Kenny D's, Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's restaurants, and close to 5 miles of biking/walking trails. There is no elevator at this property.

We searched for a long time to find a vacation property that offered us a safe family friendly atmosphere, in a great community, where we could "get away" from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives; a quaint space where we could relax but still have a lot of fun and most importantly, where we could be close to the beach, to hear the waves and be able to wake up every morning and embrace its wonder. Area Attractions:

There are many! First of all, a beautiful quiet beach without high rise complexes nearby. Several beachfront eateries within walking distance where you can savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available. Those include Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's and Kenny D's. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Just down the road is Silver Sands Factory Outlet featuring upscale shopping from more than 100 designer stores. 

Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where the children will love to play in the interactive water fountains and nautical/pirate themed outdoor playground. For the big kids, there are over 75 shops and restaurants. Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center and Destin Harbor also host hours of fun for the family. Destin Harbor has amazing bistros serving culinary delights sure to please your palate. Of course, there is shopping boutiques and lots of water attractions including fabulous fresh and saltwater fishing, parasailing, wind surfing, snorkeling and water-skiing to name a few.

Our newest attraction (2017) is Dolphin Reef. It is located 685 feet off of Miramar Regional Public Beach access near Pompano Joe’s and is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. This is sure to excite the snorkelers in your group. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddle board, or other flotation devise when visiting Dolphin Reef as sea conditions do change often and quickly.
