Relax on a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa the living room to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Unwind in the living room after a day in the sun or dine in and prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are available within the condo for added convenience. When you are ready to head outdoors, stroll across the street to the beach, splash around in the shared pool, or enjoy a delicious meal at Schooners just down the street. This unit is a perfect vacation home for a family or small group of friends in one unit or rent multiple units in this quadraplex for a larger group. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Gulfside Condos is a quadplex that is directly across from the beach. Enjoy a smaller complex for less crowds on your next beach vacation. A shared pool behind the complex offers a place to cool off and enjoy when the surf is too rough to swim in. Stroll down the street to Schooners for a meal with a view. St. Andrews State Park is less than a mile away and will provide multiple swimming opportunities, nature trails, and a ferry over to Shell Island.  Gulfside Condos is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.
