February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change. *

At Destin West Heron you can enjoy extreme water fun in the 5000 square foot pool with a kiddie area, a 700 foot Lazy River, heated pool with waterfall, or one of two hot tubs. The Heron building boasts its own bayside pool that is heated year round! Enjoy your view of the Choctawhatchee Bay, while the kids enjoy the lazy river. Cross over the sky bridge to the Gulf beaches without worrying about traffic. Charcoal grills and picnic tables on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. As a guest at Destin West, you can enjoy access to the pools, bars, and restaurants located at the The Island Beach Resort at Destin West beachside.
