In each of the guest rooms, you will find 2 queen size beds.  This unit has enough room for 8 people to sleep comfortably. The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family.  Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.  The massive balcony is a must-see! This balcony has enough seating for everyone to watch the waves crash against the white sand.  As an extra feature (for an additional fee), you could enjoy some downtime in the unit's private hot tub on the huge balcony! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
