"Our stay was wonderful. The unit was very beautiful , clean, and lots of space for everyone. The sunset and ocean views were perfect. The pool was never crowded and ideal after a day at the beach. The unit had everything you can possibly need. Remember to bring your toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, tp and kitchen stuff like dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc. Like it states, there’s enough to start but it won’t last your stay. Bring your beach towels and chairs even though they offer chair and umbrella rentals at the beach if you forget. Everything is close by. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying all PCB had to offer."

"Absolutely beautiful and perfect view of the beach! - Property was extremely clean, very beautiful and accommodated our family of 9 comfortably. No one was the least disappointed. Check in and out process was a breeze. Location was perfect for us as we were able to walk out on the huge balcony and view the beach each morning and night and we were only on 6th floor which is not bad at all. We absolutely loved it and will be back!"

"The condo was spectacular! Air bnb did however mess up the advertisement, it said there were 7 beds when in fact there were only 5. Real joy contact Catherine however was fantastic! she took control and sent over 2 queen, nice, air mattressesand bedding! Iwould recommend a broom and dust pan. There were also a couple things left from the previous occupants, including a pool of liquid in the bottom of the fridge. Over all, I give Real joy a great review, maybe a little more attention to the cleaning, air bnb needs to make sure of their advertisement for their properties."

"Gorgeous Condo! - This condo is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately maintained. Property management was very responsive and accommodating. The only complaint I have is the King bed in the master is not comfortable. It is a sleep number bed and no matter the setting was not comfortable. The dryer needs replaced but not a big deal. Otherwise, this condo does not disappoint. Would reserve again in a heartbeat!!"

"2021 Family Vacay - Wonderful week at the beach with my children and grandchildren. Property is very nice. Living area and kitchen are spacious and kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook daily. Entire condo is beautifully decorated. It was so nice to spend time with family and sit around the table after dinner playing board games. The only negative I heard spoken the entire week was that the mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not comfortable. However, the master bedroom has a sleep number mattress so I slept like a baby 🙂 Highly recommend this property to any family looking to get away and make lasting memories."

"110 out 100 - This condo fit our 11 member family to a T. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything anyone may need down to a crockpot. Only issue was parking- two of our three vehicles were handicapped vehicles but unit only allows two vehicles total. Not a deal breaker but extremely inconvenient. Overall, great experience."

"Beautiful Condo - This place was gorgeous and the living area was bigger than most places we have stayed so it was very comfortable for our family to all be together. The dishwasher went through the cycles but didn't clean the dishes at all. The hot tub chemicals must have not been balanced, my daughters silver rings turned black and her bathing suit was faded out and ruined. My sons underwear and swim trunks were ruined. But any family time is always treasured."

"Perfect week at the beach - This was the most amazing condo we have ever rented. We had 10 family members and we had plenty of room. The layout and decor of this condo is TOP NOTCH!!! And the balcony with the hot tub was just an added bonus. The only complaint we had was when I booked in January we were given one price and then we go a call that the rate had gone up by 1800.00. We almost cancelled because I felt like this was very shady, but it was too late to find something else. I would make sure when booking this condo that you make sure they quote you the correct price upfront so you wont be shocked like we were."

"Spring Break 2019 - The condo was absolutely perfect! It was very spacious for 10 people and the open floor plan was great! . The view was absolutely stunning! We had an issue with the water and ice maker, but maintenance came to fix it as soon as we called. The hot tub was not heating the day we arrived, but again, maintenance came quickly and got it working! Going to the pool and beach was very convenient! The pool was clean and the area around the pool was great for laying and enjoying the sun! I would love to come back to this condo and would recommend this place for anyone!! Thanks for a great time!"

"WOW! - This condo is exceptional! I can't think of a single thing that I would change. We had 6 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone. It is decorated beautifully with plenty of seating. There aren't too many condos in the complex, so that means there aren't as many people as other places. We were so sad to leave. You won't be disappointed!"
