Relax in the master bath's jetted tub or the tile stand-up shower.  In the first guest room, you will find a king-size bed and in the second guest room, there are two double-size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  This unit has enough room for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family.  This unit has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for coffee drinkers.  Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room and the extra seating at the eat-in bar.  The massive balcony is a must-see! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
